  1. Obadiah Stane aka The Iron Monger big villain during the armor wars series, tried to bankrupt stark and take over his company, also stole his armor technology. You get a glimpse of him in the comic con footage right before they show the red and gold mark III armor for the first time. Also there was mention of a possible Mandarin cameo
  2. Holy Crap!!! Bravo, wow, just wow. Can't wait until we get an official trailer put up in HD. And to think the only CGI scenes were the flying ones at the very end. This is gonna rock. Doom is pleased @doom@ http://www.dailymotion.com/ingy489/video/x...clip_shortfilms
  3. Thanks slao, I'm not in classes, but I am still in Blacksburg in my apartment, only a few blocks from Norris hall the building in which the second shooting took place. It's been such a shock, I'm still not sure it's completely set in yet, this is just so crazy. I really do appreciate your thoughts and concerns, as I know everyone who has been affected by this tragedy does. It's sad yet so true, that we are all brought closer together through tragedy.
  4. I am a senior at VT. Thankfully I took this semester off to work, I had 3 classes in Norris Hall last semester and would have definately had classes in that same building this semester. Thankfully none of my direct loved ones and friends were injured. However, my old room mate who is one of my closest friends and is like a brother, lost one of his best highschool friends in this tragedy. They still haven't released all of the names of the victims either. Through all of this though, it truly warms my heart to see the outreach of everyone. I know I speak for every Hokie when I say you're thoughts and prayers are very appreciated. This is indeed a sad day true believers. :'(
  5. Tony and Reed are boned!
  6. Stan the man was in Daredevil, a young Matt Murdock stops him from being hit by a bus as he is walking and reading a newspaper. Stan has only made cameos in movies of characters he created. He didn't create Ghost Rider, and Frank Miller created Elektra. @doom@
  7. Ricky will be back in the game against Tampa Bay in week 6. There are no plans to trade him, as he only plans on playing two more years, and appears to be fully comitted to the team again. Also having Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams in the same backfield is one hell of a one, two punch.
  8. We finally have an amazing coaching staff again, and a unified team that plays with relentless heart, and determination. This is not the same team that Wannschmuck slowly crippled over the last 4 years. The Phins are returning to the NFL elite. Damn good to be back. Plummer was running for his life all day, the defense just did not let up, and the offense was agressive and actually executed and made the plays (Jesus that feels so good to say again. I feel like a coma patient waking up after the last 4 years of nauseating run, run, pass, punt that Wanny ran). GO PHINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. It was a Licker in the interrogation room in the RCPD headquarters, and yeah that was scary as hell. Oddly enough I was playing it about the same time (around 1 or 2 am), with all the lights off, and there was a thunder and lightning storm outside in real life. Definately a pants are full moment.
  10. Definately the 80's The characters, were colorful, and larger than life. I loved the simplicity of these are the good guys, and these are the bad guys. I haven't watched wrestling in years, but I have fond memories as a kid in the 80s watching WWF. Part of me inside still likes to think of Hogan, Macho, Warrior, and several others as the characters they played, and not as the petty, egotistical people that they have come to be in real life.
  11. Duke: Jason Lewis Flint: Thomas Jane or Clive Owen Snake Eyes: Ray Park Dusty: Matthew McConaughey Road Block: Michael Clark Duncan Beach Head: Will Patton Gung Ho: Jesse Ventura Stalker: Mekhi Phifer Lady Jaye: Catherine Bell Scarlett: Heather Graham (die her hair red) General Hawk (cameo): either Harrison Ford or Ed Harris Cobra Commander: Gary Oldman (although I am really digging that Johnny Depp suggestion) Destro: This is a tough one.... Vin Diesel certainly has the physique and build to play him. I really don't know. Hmmmm? Baroness: Famke Janssen or Dagmara Dominczyk Storm Shadow: Jet Li Firefly: Josh Lucas Dr. Mindbender: Ben Kingsley Zartan: Russell Crowe or Jason Statham Tomax and Xamot: Josh Hartnett And a special surprise cameo from Robert Remus, Sgt. Slaughter himself.
  12. Looks like I'm gonna start saving immidiately. I will own this!!!! @yipee@ Doom is pleased @doom@
  13. WOW!!! I hope you were joking, and or just trying to get a rise out of people. If you were being serious.........WOW!!!
  14. WOW!!!! I've been waiting for this movie to come out for a while, and today was the day. I am so happy with the film, it's nice to see Batman finally kicking ass, and be physically imposing enough to kick ass on the silver screen. This film was so well acted and written, it has really set the bar high for the genre of the "comic book movie". This film is amazing, and everyone would do themselves a favor by going to see it. Batfans all over will go nuts for the little things that got into the movie, there were some really nice touches from the graphic novels throughout the years that made their way into the film. The smile on my face exiting the theater at noon today, is still on my face at 10:45 at night as I am typing this. @doom@
