  1. Pretty clever idea. In the cartoon, Skeletor had his Hoverbots, yet when Filmation later designed the Horde Troopers, their heads resembled the Hoverbots.
  2. Well done. What an amazing amount of work, not just in assembling Willie, but to actually sew all of those clothes. Amazing! Congrats!
  3. The realistic head works better, IMO
  4. I always wondered what the Hulk would've looked like in that line. I like it, and Thor is terrific.
  5. Wow, that was a really clever use of parts. Looks great!
  6. They did this a few years back. I think there was an Ultimate Warrior, too. Not sure how many other mash ups they made.
  7. I agree with the price and having it be toon accurate. They released the reimagined He-Man and Skeletor first, then did more toy accurate versions later. What I'm about to say, I'm not getting down on Mondo or MOTU, but with the IP holders themselves, and it's a critique I've held since they started realizing adults were collecting. How many versions of the same characters do I need to own? 1/6 scale, World's Smallest, Funko Pop, Loyal Subject, Ultimates, statues, Page Punchers, busts, Kenner style, etc., etc. I feel really sorry for TMNT fans, because it seems like 70 companies are churning out product. At some point, as a consumer, you begin to feel taken advantage of, and stop buying altogether.
  8. I'm surprised they went the BAF route with Plastic Man. Is there not enough demand for the character? I paid extra for an oversized Bane, wouldn't a Plastic Man with all of those accessories cost the same or less?
  9. I hope that isn't the head they're going to use for cartoon origins Hordak. I have not seen a good picture of it, yet, but even in the blurry ones, it seems off. The ninja He-Man would be a cool substitute for preternia disguise He-Man, but since they announced they're doing the Powers of Grayskull characters, I may just wait for the real deal. Trap Jaw looked like a mash up, and mutant he-man was cool, but to me, a lot of missed opportunities. Very hit and miss with these designs.
  10. I like that the Green Lantern looks like the Green Lantern, without all the added textures and nonsense, like they're designing movie versions, instead of just saying true to the costumes. Especially vexing when they repaint, like the Action Comics Superman, but the figure still has all those over designed Jim Lee lines/seams? on them.
  11. I am happy to let the digital toy revolution pass me by. My current toy collection can't be wiped out by a magnet.
