  1. on an item that is not solicited to the big 3 small time stores like the ones you mentioned and myself have no chance of getting them wave 2 single packs for instance. i could have gotten them but it would have cost me about 30 k basically i would have had to buy a full shipping crate not feasible for smaller e tailers same holds true for the ice sabre etc Oh. ok. That make sense. That was pretty quick response from someone who was killed in Colorado two months ago.
  2. Since a lot of people are confused about Action Man's appearence in issue # 37, Here is the story: In Wizard World Philly, Devil's Due had a panel with Brandon, Josh and others. During the Q& A, I asked Brandon if he would include Action Man in the comic; his response was "I'm going to have to ask you to leave sir." We bantered a bit and Josh told us to meet after the discussion. I walked up to Brandon, who confessed that he wasn't familiar with the character and would like to know more. Brandon gave me his businees card, with his e-mail and phone number(!) and asked me to fill him in. I sent Brandon two e-mails (not wanting to abuse his trust) describing Action man's history from 1966 to the present. I didn't hear back from him until the Joe con (Caught him in the lobby actually). He told me that he did e-mail me and that I should expect to see Action Man in issue # 36 or 37 as "Agent Exler" (The 1996 Action Man cartoon version's real name was "Matthew Exler" ). However, He didn't tell me he would kill him off in one page. I mean #WTF#
  3. So Why are they not available at THe Collectors Club, Good stuff to go, Entertainment Earth, Smalljoes etc?
  4. I'm pretty sure that's the case.
  5. I'm afraid to ask, but wasn't one of the Tough Enough guys on Mtv's "Real World" a few years back?
  6. I like the reference to Lord Malaprop (Destro's Neighbor, who sells frozen Hagis, first mentioned in GI Joe #87).
  7. As far as I understand they're not lost. The company that has them will have to pay fines if they reappear (since they kept them past the aggreement), So the molds stay "lost".
  8. Hi guys. I've been looking for pics that were posted a few weeks back of the Anti-venom team in the 1990 Hammer. I found the pics with the 2002 Brawler, but not the pics of them in the original Hammer. Does this ring a bell for anyone? Were they posted here?
  9. I wonder how you have time to customize Zandar, but It takes 3 months for you to send the Warpaint warrior Action Man, I paid you for from E-bay.
  10. Why doesn't hasbro do the smart thing and release the defence mech in a desert scheme? That makes more sense on a land vehicle.
  11. Hey Dragonrider, Remember when Action Man was rereleased in the US (2000-2001). THe only place I could find them was Wal-mart.
  12. When I was standing online, I said the following: "I know what the exclusive is; A Tiger Force Armor-Bot."

Ironically, today a class action lawsuit against wal mart was announced. look here
  15. I found my "gold head" Steel Brigade, so I'm bringing that.
  16. At Wizard World, I asked the DDP panel if they knew anything about new figures. Josh replied that Hasbro designs who they want and picks and chooses with NO input from DDP (he said that he didn't even know a Kamakura figure was being produced until he saw a picture online).
  17. Do you think it's a joke?
  18. The operative word here is "dictated".
  19. This wasn't cancelled. It was the 1/6 scale Desert Humvee repaint that was cancelled.
