  1. Agreed. I'm tired of paying scalpers prices. I'll take my shot on Friday and if I get something, great, and if not I'll wait for NECA to reissue down the line.
  2. It doesn't surprise me that S7 is going so deep into the robot figures. Bryan loves robots and his company started by making Japanese robots. He's said many times that he and team will be making figures they are excited about. Knowing that, we'll probably get robot Rocksteady in the next wave followed by Chrome Dome, Fugatiod and Krang's body at some point. I don't care how much Krang is, that will be an instant preorder. Especially if they do him in retro packaging.
  3. Very true. One of my recent orders came in almost 6 months early. Not complaining!
  4. Lol! Truth. Love everything that is coming out, but the wallet will only take so much torture. Thank goodness for companies like BBTS and EE that let you preorder without paying in advance.
  5. Good summary of what I am thinking. I used to be a completionist in so many lines, but it is so expense and there is only enough space in my home office. plus I was buying too many things I wasn't excited about. The item for me for S7 TMNT was the Party Wagon. I love the look and accessories, but at $450 I couldn't do it. It's not so bad. I have my original Party Wagon signed and drawn on by Kevin Eastman. It sits next to my Ultimates figures and is so cool. I decided to get Guerrilla Gorilla, even though he is $75 and is not a character I'm familiar with. Sgt. Bananas was one of my faves as a kid, and this looks like the closest I'll get to a high quality version.
  6. Yes, he was an actual figure (similar to the metallic foot soldier). He was toward the end of the line, and is one of the more valuable figures.
  7. Agreed. The turtles in time arcade game is excellent, but the SNES version is way better. It has several more levels, includes Slash, Rat King, Shredder in a giant robot and Pirate Bebop and Rocksteady as bosses. One of the few games where the console is better. It also makes me very glad I didn't buy the $700 TMNT Arcade1Up game cabinet. I debated that based on the online play alone.
  8. Preach! Love these figures but I picked them up 2 years ago for $50 cheaper. I know they have extra heads and prices are going up everywhere, but $150 for these is outrageous. My Target has had 3 Channel 6 sets for the last several weeks and has not sold one. Same problem ... $150 for Urma, Vern and a couple of previously released figures with different heads is too much.
  9. Oh, happy day! Usagi is the last of my must haves. Anything after this is a bonus.
  10. Good luck everyone! And thank you for the gift card last month. Love this site and BBTS.
  11. Thank you for the update. Hopefully one day we'll get a Sgt. Bananas variant. I have to admit, he and the rest of the line does look good.
  12. These figures look good, but honestly this is the most I've been disappointed in the line. Tricereton is Awesome and Robot Bebop and Donnie are good. I've never heard of Guerrilla Gorilla, but Sgt. Bananas was one of my faves as a kid. This figure looks nothing like that. And my budget can't afford anymore repaints, so Metalhead is out. This is probably the first wave that I won't buy all the figures. 6/10
  13. For a second I thought this was a comic cover. Excellent job.
  14. Love Sgt. Bananas. Cannot wait to see who else is in the line.
  15. Agreed! I probably won't go too deep in the Last Ronin line, but the armored version is an easy choice for me.
  16. Anyone else wish Hasbro would do this with GI Joe O-ring figures? At $10 each, I would snatch every one of those up.
  17. Love the armored Neca Ronin, but on the fence on this one. Not sure I need both.
