  1. Don't forget that Jonathan suggests that Clark should have let a bus load of school kids drown rather than expose his secret. These aren't even faceless stranger kids these are Smallville kids that Pa Kent would know personally. Small wonder the only time Clark listens to his father is to let him die.
  2. I'm not sure if you recall, but a while back we were talking about you wanting some trek figures.f you are still interested let me know.

  3. I've never seen any of them at retail. I've never seen them at retail either.
  4. Other than Christopher Nolan's version, I dont think I've seen Ra's in anything but green...the complaint I hear most is that he is missing his grey streeks (sp?) in his hair. I take it you never watched the Batman Animated series with Kevin Conroy? Or Young Justice? He wore green in the Animated Series.
  5. I like it. I thought the first two episodes were really good with the third being just OK. I couldn't get into Moon Knight Anarky and whatever he was trying to do.
  6. It was mentioned when Vulcan was destroyed that Starfleet was out combing space. Marcus discovered Khan's ship.
  7. Lego Superman movie stuff is street dated for May 1st.
  8. I met William Shatner at a ribbon cutting event for a new emergency room back in the 90's. He was the host of the Rescue 911 show at the time. Tons of baseball players via Spring Training but also attending various games: Bill Murray, Jerry Springer, Dick Vitale, Mia Hamm, Larry the Cable Guy. Lots of Conventions meets of Star Trek & Star Wars cast members, Comic Book people, Lou Ferrigno, Star Wars author Timothy Zaun, 60's Batman cast(West, Gorshin, Craig, Ward, Newmar) Two that I regret not talking to or getting an auto from were Zachary Quinto (Heroes) and Michael Rosenbaum (Smallville). Different conventions but Heroes had just come out and Smallville had yet to premiere during those opportunities.
  9. They have to its the law Actually, not all employers do. The law is different state to state. They don't have to pay anything extra for holidays here in Montana. I'm kind of disappointed in the "Don't like it? Get a different job." attitudes that some people have regarding this issue. The fact is, someone has to work these jobs. I personally don't think ANY businesses should be open on Thanksgiving or Christmas...especially retailers. It's not a necessity, and is all about greed. People should get to spend time with their families on these days, and relax...away from the BS that goes along with working with the public. Agreed on both points. Florida appears to in the same boat regarding holiday pay. Getting a different job in some areas is easier said than done when unemployment is 10%+ and not going to get any better soon.
  10. Not all of those retailers pay time and a half for holidays either. In a couple years this will be a non story and retailers will then begin their day after Christmas sales at 8pm Christmas night.
  11. Hey Optimus Prime How's it going? Say hello to ya mutha for me.
  12. Are there cases without Ra's in them? I've seen Blake and Catwoman but no Ra's and the shelf looked full.
  13. I put this in the same category as "Triple H for Thor!" suggestions from a few years back.
  14. Overall the movie was really good. The beginning was slow and felt like an Obama infomercial. I expected Joe Biden to pop out from behind a potted plant and wave when they were talking about how wonderful it was to piss money away on sketchy clean energy programs. Plus all the pay your fair share, rich people=bad, poor people=heroes pandering.
  15. I'm not interested in paying those prices in or out of the club. I'll still consider what they release 6" at retail but Wave 20 will probably be it for me in terms of purchase. After that I'll be counting on you guys posting lots of pictures.
