Here, and confused. lol

OK, now that you have seen the movie. What did you think? I personally loved it. It was a refreshing dose of witty humor and mindless (yet well crafted) violence. I just thought it was well done and deserves a sequel. @Spidey@ @pun@ @cap@

Oh my Lord,... That's a serious kick in the gut. I will give prayers to her family in this time of sorrow. Thank you CD for letting us know.

Avengers: Earth's Mightest Heroes Cartoon
Capt.S.G.Wiseman replied to Capt.S.G.Wiseman's topic in Marvel
Here's a question. Which Ultron do you prefer? The classic robotic version that is portrayed in this show, or the James Spader, live action version? -

Which is why I bought it on BD. It looks great. ... sorry. I'm watching and posting at the same time. @bananna@ -
The last thread on this was years ago. I finally bought both seasons on Blu-Ray. I absolutely love this series. I think Avengers Assemble was dumbed down in comparison. Anyone else a fan of this series?

Can't Stop Thinking About The Force Awakens (MAJOR SPOILER!!!)
Capt.S.G.Wiseman replied to DarthJoe's topic in Star Wars
If you're trolling, it's kinda sad that someone in their 40s has nothing more constructive to do with their time. If you're serious, well, that's the dumbest thing I've read in awhile. I for one was not privileged enough to see the 1977 debut on the silver screen. I played catch-up with what ever TV had to provide at the time. I got Luke, Ben, Darth Vader, and a couple of stormtroopers to go with my Tie-fighter in 1978. It was my most influential introduction to toys in my life. However according to Matthew Green, I will never be a true fan. Hmm. I guess 80% of those who really felt it when Han got gutted by his own son are not true fans either. , cause they were born in the 80's. #WTF# -
Can't Stop Thinking About The Force Awakens (MAJOR SPOILER!!!)
Capt.S.G.Wiseman replied to DarthJoe's topic in Star Wars
I just want to say this. It is a GALAXY that was "Long, long ago.." The fact that the lone hero is a black stormtrooper, doesn't mean he is Lando's kid. The fact that the Resistance has a hot shot pilot, doesn't mean he's Wedge's kid. The fact that Rey is so bad ass doesn't mean she is ANYONE's kid, should tell us something. This is a new chapter, and i can't wait to see what's next. -
Can't Stop Thinking About The Force Awakens (MAJOR SPOILER!!!)
Capt.S.G.Wiseman replied to DarthJoe's topic in Star Wars
The part I kept thinking about? ... Did Han pull off the ultimate HALO jump or what? Lol! I asked this at the local comic store this morning and got as puzzled look. I think it's because I didn't set up the question very well. In order to sneak onto the StarKiller planet, they had to be moving faster than light to get past the shields. Han comes flying in from another system and "pulls the shoot" at the last second, then proceeds to mow down some trees. That Falcon is one tough little ship! -

Nice paint work! Always happy to see your work. #US1# -
Your words hold weight DCFan20. Thank you for chiming in and voicing your opinion. #US1# ADC/TNI was (and still can be) a great sight where people like us can share their hobby and keep one another updated. The biggest problem we faced was, once we got to know each other, we expressed our opinions and beliefs that were no longer toy related. Most of the biggest threads this place ever saw were politically fueled and emotionally charged. I guess I was always on the fence about this. On one hand, I liked talking, debating, even arguing with people like me. Yet on the other hand, I hated the day after. Lol! #party# All of us got out of control many times over, and maybe THAT was what burned us out. Ya, there was always the toy related arguments, but from where I stood, those were never an issue with me. Like you said, I let people have their say. If there is a way to bring this place back, I'm all ears. Capt.S.G.Wiseman @cap@

His feelings is as fragile as a girl... Ya, Sherman showed just how classless he is by behaving like a punk in his moment of glory. Let's see how long he can keep it up.

Wouldn't it be great to get this for Christmas
Capt.S.G.Wiseman replied to SKYWARP's topic in G.I. Joe
Well for roughly $8000, I'm glad to see that it is "In Stock". @ohyeah@ @lol@ -
Wow. I always love to see trivia relating to obscure actors to voice actors, but this IS a surprise. I would have never pieced together that Klingon Kang and Victor Freeze were the same guy. That is amazing, yet as his real life reveals such heart-ache it is easy to see how real his voice rolls were so convincing. R.I.P. Michael Ansara.

Why I Thought Man Of Steel Was Not A Great Movie
Capt.S.G.Wiseman replied to The Wire's topic in DC Comics
It is the response of every protective father. The bottom line of Pa Kent's message was "sacrifice is what is needed." He was over protective. That doesn't make him wrong. -

I finally was able to see this film and .... I enjoyed it. My wife never really saw an origin story for Supes, so this kept her attention the whole way. = 2 points! As far as any complaints that "The Wire" had, I think this sums up what I'm thinking. Take it away, Mongoose. Now I'm waiting for the sequel and from what I'm hearing, I won't have to wait long. -
This goes FAR beyond flopping. The NBA is a business, first and for most. The city of San Antonio is a low income city and the Spurs in general are not that flamboyant or interesting to the the NBA. Stern cannot make money. Why would we lose so bad the the OK City Thunder last year? = Because America wanted to see Kevin Durant in the Finals against L. James. Would the NBA benefit if the Spurs won tonight? Hell no. Now they can ride the L.James pony until the get too drunk to hold a cup. @$@ @$@ @$@

I could go into a shpeel about how "Put-Up" the NBA is, but I will tip my hat to the Heat. I live in San Antonio and have enjoyed many championships in the past. The "Drive for 5" may have seemed greedy, but the fact that David Stern is happy.... well THAT MAKES ME MAD!!! @firedevil@ I hope that pathetic piece of glory grabbing garbage gets hit by a truck, ...soon. I am a Heat fan that lives in Tacoma WA and agree with u on Stern I hope he gets run over by a bus. You know what, that does make me feel better. Thank you and congrats on your team's victory.

I will never belive Hyperdrive beats Warp drive I have no clue who was the first person to make this up.Thier light speed is called Hyperdrive and we know Warp drive is far faster. I only consider the BSG FTL drive to be about as fast as warp drive WELL not to sound floppid, but do we need to do this our selves, or have Mythbusters do it? let us compare notes. THE MATH IS THERE!
