  1. Are Krang & Moss man going to be available in store? They sold out online in less than 5 minutes. I eventually found the first Origins Moss Man and hopefully I can find these two as well.
  2. I almost never use the "fist" hands, unless the character is famous for slamming, punching and clobbering. I prefer a natural pose open hand if they aren't famous for wielding/carrying something or a hand that can hold whatever they are famous for using. I do notice a ton of villain characters have the same right handed "claw" hand that is often drawn in comic books when the villain reaches his hand up prominently in the panel and says something to the effect of "I'll get them next time/curse you good-doer!" Overall I don't care much about getting extra alternate hands, it's very low on the list of features I appreciate. Way less important than the trinity of good sculpt, good paint and good articulation - in that order.
  3. I'm not interested in the dino or vehicle but I'm loving warrior Nedry. I get why they do it but I don't like that these are sets, I'd be in for just the figures done in this over-the-top 90's style.
  4. That's a fair price and both Moss Man & Krang look amazing with lots of display configuration options. I like that they look good as just fun monsters and don't try to shoe-horn in the TMNT gimmick too much because I'm not as interested in the TMNT X MOTU fusion as I am in just having cool, well made figure designs regardless of the source material. Also, as a plant lover, Moss Man here is a must have - he's just too cool.
  5. Please don't be statues, please don't be statues, please don't be statues. I want some classic power armor with articulation, and a Mirelurk and a Super Mutant! So many cool possibilities and thankfully the show seems to stay pretty true [from what little I've seen in previews] to the visual style and designs of the original games.
  6. In regards to the earnings report story I will say one of my favorite quotes “It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness; that is life.” Jean Luc Picard. Now, I'm not saying they have made every correct choice but I'm not going to armchair quarterback and pretend I know what they could've done better. Publicly traded companies have to chase endless growth at the behest of shareholders and they have to do it quickly. A business should be allowed ebbs and flows but when you have to focus on the day, the month, the quarter and make decisions to change your course so the next small bracket of time looks marginally better, sometimes you have to do things that could hurt in the long term or can't make changes that will take longer to make things better.
  7. Doc & Night Creeper are 2 figures I did not expect, but I'm excited for both! They come with plenty of interesting parts that will make for great displays and the alternate head on the NC is the cherry on top.
  8. I've pre-ordered about a dozen things from Target and had 2 cancellations. Unfortunately, they cancelled the recent Mcfarlane classic Wonder Woman on me most recently. I would have ordered elsewhere for something I wanted so much but Target was the only place at the time that had it up for preorder. After two delay approvals it was cancelled and now I just have to cross my fingers that I can find it elsewhere for MSRP.
  9. Ha! I love these Toyfarce segments. I was thinking the same thing when I saw the reveal and then got the email from pulse to check out the new figures. There is a decent (to me) Mando already on the clearance section of Pulse and they are taking pre-orders for a very similar (to me) Mando. I agree it helps new fans catch up and that's great, but it is funny seeing a new pre-order for a version of a figure that's currently already available and on clearance. I could be missing some subtle differences but I'm happy with the Mando I already have so I'm not examining each one with a microscope and the differences aren't so huge they make me want to jump on any new ones.
  10. I was thinking maybe it's a younger take, but even the shape of the head is wrong. Eagles have a squat more squared head with a pronounced hooked beak.
  11. I've been thinking of getting Beast Man, but the packaged images make it look like the shield does not have the red sculpted face detail Does anyone know if the red horned Oni/Demon shown on the shield in the first picture is included? It doesn't look like there's a way to clip it on and the in-package shots don't show it attached to the shield.
  12. I love the idea of snow and I'm a little jealous of those who can go out into it whenever they want in winter, but I think I prefer living where it doesn't snow and just visiting snow
  13. I'm excited. I was about to say wow, Harrison Ford sounds great and "into it", but apparently that's not him. The mannerisms and voice are great so. I may get game-pass again just for this. Everything about it seems to be right up my alley and I'm a huge fan of the Wolfenstein games for their attention to detail, visual design, game play, story and basically everything about them.
  14. I just watched a video review of the earlier released Turtle and these are incredible. Expensive, but incredible.
  15. Seriously, taking potshots at another company is pretty tacky. Vehicle looks great but it's not even a fair comparison, the HISS came with 4 figures and everything was packaged with an attention to style and detail usually only seen from something like Super7 (who do fantastic quality packaging for keep-in-package collectors). Wouldn't a more fair comparison be to the upcoming VAMP anyway? That' $99 and comes with a driver. Having said that I do like several of the Action Force offerings, I think their plastic feels slightly better especially the weapons. Also their effects parts are better, I love the translucency whereas Hasbro effect parts look more opaque even though they are molded in translucent plastic they put too much opaque paint on them and it diminishes the look. Both can exist and benefit each other. The two lines work together very well so it's silly to attack Hasbro, I have bought several AF figures that work very well alongside my Joes.
