  1. That's a bargain and this thing is cool. I pre-ordered one and planned to cover up the bat emblems and use it for a dreadnok vehicle then I remembered it was 7" scale. But I'm still going to get it, I think the kids will love it.
  2. Great attention to detail, right down to the leather grain texture: The sculpt is beautiful.
  3. Well that kind of wings it back around and interests me - he'd be pretty close to modern 4" figures. The old Mattel AMP suit with figure was great and one of these is cheaper than one of those on the secondary market. I'll be interested to see a comparison between this figure and normal 4", 6" and 7" figures
  4. These look amazing. I'm glad that some Reaction figures seem to now lean less towards "what would this look like as a vintage figure" and more towards "very accurate but slightly stylized or simplified representation of the subject matter in a small scale with limited articulation".
  5. Wait a minute - how tall will the Miles figure be? If these are 7" scale then are the alien humanoids 7" and Humans would be smaller? I thought "7 inch scale" generally meant that 7 inches would be the size of an average (heroically average) sized human. Like in the Batman line Batman is 7" while Clayface is much taller. But Clayface is still in the same "7 inch scale". Maybe I've been thinking about it wrong this whole time but if the human figures are smaller then this line may actually be more like 1:14 scale or smaller which would make it kind of oddball.
  6. This is a great one to start off! I'm totally in for this line. Thank you McFarlane for bringing back the Dragons.
  7. Great review. I don't even know much about the character but I thought it looked interesting and I appreciate how the detail between the extremely similar face and brow plates was shown. I love exploring little details like that.
  8. I personally think Origins quality is better in regards to the figures but the art is always outstanding. Another great piece - I'd love to see an art book collecting all the modern back of packaging art like this even though I don't collect the Masterverse figures. It's disappointing to me that Masterverse figures (all the ones I've gotten) don't stay standing well and that the sculpts seem weaker BUT the core ideas behind them are strong original takes on the classic characters and I like the art.
  9. Looks great. I was only going to get one but the more I see it the more I realize that I've got to get a second. I can't believe it's got almost 20K backers!
  10. Looks great. I like that Blue Beetle design even though I don't know much about the DC universe, I think he has a different outfit now but I from what I've seen I like this design the best.
  11. Wow, I did not expect this but the surprise is a pleasant one. I'm excited about the Hasbro D&D offerings and this is an interesting choice.
  12. I'm tempted by these but not sure. However I grabbed the Walmart Exclusive Lizard when I was checking for the GI Joe stuff on Walmart.
  13. I'm hoping. I did manage to get one of the color changing Zartans logging in at random one day (I wasn't able to get one when they first released) and saw it available so maybe I will be able to get one of these if they restock.
  14. Lost it at checkout. 3 minutes after you posted says sold out. I should have done a Paypal Checkout instead of trying to pull out my credit card but I didn't think it would sell out between going to checkout and entering CC details sheesh, I wish they would save qty in the cards for at least 20 seconds so you can finish checkout.
  15. Definitely agree that GI Joe brand team is on fire. Thank you for covering it, I enjoy coming here for collected updates from my favorite lines.
