  1. €65 euro, which is about 101 USD according to my Mac's currency converter. That includes shipping from Hong Kong to The Netherlands though. I got it from crosszgundam, great eBay-seller!
  2. I love mine too! I actually found it to be bigger than i always expected. Also, the colours are exactly the same as Ultra Magnus's.
  3. Sky Lynx (actually already waiting for me to pick it up at the post office! ), Omega Supreme and any other G1-reissues they dare spring upon us. Perhaps a few Classics 2.0 along the way.
  4. Cool! I wasn't going to buy this set as I've already got TFC12. I might now though (IF I still have cash left after Sky Lynx and Omega Supreme that is...!) Shame they went for the same Bumblebee mold as in TFC12 though. An original Bumblebee (no anime head) or a Cliffjumper would be cooler.
  5. That's pretty much what I thought when I saw this news. I'd love a Sentinel, but Omega Supreme has to be mine! Does anyone need a kidney?
  6. Naah, this isn't real. At first glance it's a home-made shot of a construction vehicle with an image of G1 Grimlock superimposed. At the very best, it's part of the misinformation campaign that Bay spoke about earlier.
  7. I love the little cardboard heads that come with them!
  8. And while we're at it: I've seen KOs of the Terrorcons, Combaticons, Protectobots and the Stunticons (minus two members who were replaced by Technobots). Mind you: all of the above are crappy beyond belief. Cheap plastic, lack of die-cast, wrong colours and the wrong faction symbols are all pretty obvious. Crappy knock-offs of Shockwave also circulate, but are easy to spot as well.
  9. G1 Wheelie. Oh, and the Firecons/Sparkabots.
  10. I rather like this! But I wouldn't buy a real car to get one, nor would I pay the amounts asked on eBay. But like it's been said, I think it's a matter of time before we get to see this released as a "Classic 2.0" figure in TF Universe.
  11. Nothing's set in stone, but TakaraTomy showed a vintage G1 SkyLynx at last week's Hobby Expo Japan. G1 SkyLynx at TakaraTomy booth at Hobby Expo Japan 2007
  12. I wonder if they'll reissue Trailbreaker this time. And there's still hope for SkyLynx after last week's news ofcourse. After more than a year we're finally getting new reissues! YaY!
  13. If I'm not mistaken, Sky Lynx was a Tomy mold to begin with. Hasbro licensed it for inclusion in Transformers in 1986. Now that the merger with Tomy is complete, Takara presumably would have access to this mold again. The toy on display at the booth is an 80s toy though. Look at the wear to the toy and the box for instance. Therefore, this doesn't really tell us anything other than they found an old Sky Lynx and decided to display it. If it's to show onlookers that Takara and Tomy have wordked together 20 years ago or to announce Sky Lynx as a re-issue (or both) remains to be seen.
  14. I have all the re-issues except for the Kup/Wheelie-set, Ricochet/Stepper and Targetmaster Hot Rod. Mainly because had the originals of Kup and Hot Rod, don't care for Stepper and seriously hate Wheelie I was most excited with Prime, Soundwave and Predaking, but was excited with every re-issue to be honest. Oh, just remembered: I don't have Sixshot either!
  15. Megatron Prime There you go. Two-sided plastic statuettes with botmode on one side and the altmode on the other. Hence "turnaround". And they're WAY too expensive for a bit of molded transparent plastic and a dash of paint IMHO.
  16. Judging by the snippets of dialogue I picked up, this is going to be classic G1 storytelling and not the Japanese/badly dubbed crap we've been spoonfed for the past seven years. Oh... and they use the G1 Transforming soundeffect too Now I just have to get used to Prime with a mouth, and I'm ready to fall in love with this cartoon!
  17. This is freakin' sweet! I loved every bit of it, no matter what some of you say I especially like the Dinobots and Starscream's voice! "Brilliant strategy, mighty Megatron!" As for the complaints about the animation style: remember that Sunbow's version is also heavily stylized. the difference is that you're already used to their style. Oh, and I dig the tune! Please keep that as the theme, CN! Pretty please?
  18. ActionHQ is an old player in the market. They're trustworthy, no problem.
  19. Don't forget the Seaspray knock-off. And I've heard rumours of a G1 Megatron knock-off in japanese eHobby-style packaging, but I can't confirm that myself.
  20. I'm not sure of the scale of G1.... hell half the time Takara and Hasbro weren't sure of the scale of G1. But I have an eye for these things (used to be a model railroader you see) and I reckon a standard event sodabottle (the kind you get in themeparks, from vendingmachines and the coolers in conveniencestores) would be excellent near-scale liquid carriers. The scale would then be close to an 18 or 22-meter (roughly european sized) liquid carrier. I'm not sure if those are smaller than those found on your side of the pond, but I imagine so
