Thanks! Yeah I think this is preferred to me. It's 90% classic look with just a bit of modernization (full sleeves, full head cowl, no shoulder flares etc).

In 1984, everybody needed a ninja... Nothing revolutionary...just Articulated Icons ninja, Old Man Hawkeye's weapons, some paint and some minor mods and decals.

I love the ronin Wolverine storyline from the 80s. The Mezco route is too expensive (and a little underwhelming, oddly), so I just assembled the parts to make my own. Weapon X (helmeted version) body, old man Logan head, and Joker samurai robes (aftermarket). Waiting on a young Logan custom head, but I thought this one captured a cool look of it's own.

This was just a quick phone pic and edit from a post I did about how to make a background for under $20 (dollar store mud mats for school lockers, glued to cardboard). Such a great fig...camera just loves him.

A custom piece for the Mythic Legions Maellus figure. Made from a dollar store skeleton hand bowl holder, mounted on a rock mound of carved and chipped insulation. The braziers are LED lit, made from chopped down plastic juice containers and dowels and sculpted hot glue. Other bits are from the Lego bins, old McFarlane fantasy figs and random fodder pieces. Maellus' crown is made from cut down zip ties. A finished and post-edited photo is also posted in the Toy Photography forum, 'Court of the Cursed.'

Mythic Legions Maelus, imagined as an Underworld king. The throne is a custom piece I made from a skeleton hand bowl holder. The braziers are cut down plastic juice containers and lit with LEDs. More in the Customs forum.
