Loved this figure. I really enjoyed the Evil-Lyn focus in the new cartoon. Much more interesting character and voiced perfectly (Lena Heady's voice can drip with condescension and contempt like no other) Teela was boring because good is dumb.

DC Multiverse Clayface MegaFig Revealed By McFarlane Toys
Admiral_Brockbar replied to JayC's topic in Action Figure News
I'm torn on this one...I think I have bought every Clayface they have made and the BAF was my favorite by far. Do I need another one (of course), but I think the size will make or break it for me. It looks different enough from the others and I like the design overall. -
The demand for these figures is obviously there...I can't understand why they make them so hard to get.

Yeah. I ordered Robot Santa immediately. Also Zombie/Evil Santa...I can definitely do something with that. Hopefully they make it to the Krampus unlock. Also, closed fists for regular Santa so I can buy him to fight Lobo. Edit: hmm...on second look. Camo Santa has a closed fist and could work for my fighting Santa.

McFarlane Toys - Witcher - In Hand Images
Admiral_Brockbar replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
I really like that Frost Giant. Had him preordered forever... I hope McFarlane releases horses in different colors as 'vehicles'. Its a bit of a niche market, but I'm sure many collectors, including myself, would buy multiples. I need them for Witcher figures, Dungeons and Dragons figs, Mythic Legions, and probably others I'm forgetting at the moment. I always miss the Legions horses when they are on preorder... -
New 7" Spawn Figures Revealed From McFarlane Toys
Admiral_Brockbar replied to JayC's topic in Action Figure News
Yeah, I'll consider it if I find it around $25 somewhere. These 'deluxe' figure prices moving into the 'megafigure' range is sad. Even the megafigs sizes are suspect (looking at the W40K orcs) BUT...so far his regular figures have not been hit with the overall toy price creep, except for the Witcher and his Spawn figures averaging $25 instead of $20 for whatever reason. Is that the balance mechanism to keep prices low? I don't know a lot about toy marketing, but it seems unlikely. -
Are those extra hands I see? Open hands and closed fists? No trigger fingers?! I really want that horse for other toy lines. The Superman body is great too...Maybe I can head swap and have a beefier, basic Man of Steel. Now I'm off to justify purchasing a wave for a Build a Horse and a custom fodder...

I pre-ordered Riddler because he is an interesting take, imo. I passed on Bats (but ordered one for my brother) because I'm tired of Batman...just him. I'll buy the villains any chance I get. Catwoman is a pass due to my personal dislike of the design. I wonder why the bike is so much more expensive? I know about all the price hikes across the board, but it doesnt seem to be affecting Todd's figures yet. The bike is a 25% increase from the last bat bike which was bigger. It doesnt look like it is more intricate. I guess it was the extra hand. They must be outrageous since he rarely includes them in other figures.

Im exhausted with McFarlane exclusives. I want the trenchcoat joker, but not enough to stress about it and fight to get one. Knowing Todd's current track record, he will rerelease all 3 jokers in a pack next year some time. Maybe with paint changes, maybe not. I'll just wait. If he doesn't, won't be the end of the world.
