Looks MYP-ish Teela... If the facial printing's as good or somewhat close to its earlier predecessors, consider my BBTS pre-order a done deal!

I got turned off by the size of He-man's head but here the shiny, steely head seems to fit the mold for a robot. I actually like this more than the Masterverse He-man and Skeletor. Still deciding which to get.

I won't wonder if these'll be out in the market by Fall. Mattel knows how to cash in. As long as these are somewhat close to the quality and looks collectors expect of MOTU (Classics ehheeemmmm...) that'll be fine. Got to grab them all :D

It would have gotten better reviews and may have more buyers if it was like a mega figure. Pricey but better looking.

Todd McFarlane Confrms Medieval Spawn As His Next Kickstarter And More
Blurr86 replied to JayC's topic in Action Figure News
Raven Spawn looks like a a Grim Reaper with a bad attitude. Perfect! Redeemer is the perfect nemesis for him. Toddster must have some kind of fondness for Asia hehe... Thanks Todd!- 116 replies

Yes. I think I remember him expressing his intension to expand the 'mini batmobile' design. He even shared his impression on how a minis collector would feel about getting a lot of those in their display case. I guess he's creating a need, somehow, which is something some good sales people would do. It's just that the Bat-car he created where a 7" action figure can ride at an awkward manner (with the cape out) doesn't make the cut for me. Hehe.... Yeah I'd be happy IF (big 'if') he creates a full size 1/12 scale Batmobile. Well... never mind the Batmobile (wistful thinking), I'll be happier and pleasantly surprised to see him release the Mobius Chair.- 116 replies

Hey @nieman257 . Care to help me out? I am so curious as to the storyline where these characters came from. Who's the Big Bad? And is he/she larger than this character where they based this first figure NECA is releasing? Is he/she a Gargoyle too? Sorry for the questions. I don't have Disney+, only Netflix. Maybe someday I'll buy the DVD or Bluray collection.

I have no idea about the storyline of the series this character is based from but of all the action figures on pre-order on BBTS, seeing the looks of this plus it said 8-inch in size, by far, this is the fastest decision I have made to pre-order something that I have no much knowledge about. It's friggin' cool! (And despite the fact that I have a huge aversion towards the previous creations of NECA (based on reviews)-- chalky paint, random figures that have loose joints. I'll give them a shot this time. Hope they don't let me down.)

I don't want to see that 3-part small Batmobile {sigh}. From the first release I got only two of the three. I am not a fan of that Batgirl design (so i didn't get that portion of the car). On a lighter side, maybe there are mini-batmobile collectors out there. Good for them- 116 replies

My take away from this. Mega-fig Swamp Thing, New design of Batmobile, Medieval Spawn Kickstarter and that Todd, with all his companies, should maybe just ask his technical team to put some kind of sound effects on his presentations like this ;-D PS. I'm glad he clarified that he won't be saturating his Spawn world creations with Spawn characters only. I don't see anything interesting in world building where the characters are just a copy of only one persona.- 116 replies

Why are people quitting DC? I enjoyed this show somehow. DC, or whoever is responsible in casting, is also in the process of recasting Batwoman just when I'm starting to appreciate Ryan Wilder (who is a replacement for the first season's BW) and her storyline. The series is only at its second season but there'll be 3 different actors who would have donned the Batwoman cape and cowl. And yes!!! The 3rd Batwoman, I read, will still keep the persona of the first BW (Kate Kane) who happened to have been terribly injured and facially mutilated that she had to undergo surgery... Tada! It's then justified that this third actress "takes back" her Batwoman mantle. Don't get me started with the lackluster of DC for years then they gave Snyder a break, hence, we saw #SnyderCut, now fans are rallying behind it for continuity, yet there seems to be opposition to #restorethesnydercut. Just when you're getting the chance at that "A" game, DC/WB, why so much drama? Marvel stumbled and fall but now they're doing well cause they listened to the fans.

I would have ordered one of these since apes can be whoever ape you want em to be, sadly though, I saw a review and this guy is as tall as #McfarlaneToys batman. I want my apes huge, mean and imposing. I think I might just settle for that cyborg ape of Todd or any huge Kong.

Later, and this is no stretch at all, we'll find Todd releasing something similar... Another variant-- could be a different color, one without the armor or just the helmet. We now know the drill
