  1. If I'd go along with the "science" of the conversation you cited, I'd think Sups would adjust his yellow sun revitalizer (something like what they used on Supergirl, the latest TV series, when Kara got drained of power) to red sun, in this way it simply powers him down temporarily. Or, he could have used the Kama Supstra style of the alternate Earth Sups (Smallville) with Lana Lang. There Sups learned some kind of discipline to control his urges (to over-indulge) but that is totally counter "productive" (LOL) since it takes away all the fun and fireworks a superpowered being is supposed to exp
  2. Mcfarlane's Batman (Batman himself) creations are improving quite quickly at a span of one year. Huge difference he made compared to earlier makers of DC characters (slow reaction or none at all). Despite the seemingly limited scope of the characters/figures he is 'creating' he proved quite responsive to the collectors' demands. We're watching, buying, and waiting for more, Todd.
  3. Nice. Hasbro kept making those gimmicky toys. The way the packaging was designed gives the collector an idea that there are dissidents among the Cobra organization which shows that a lot of thought processing was done to make this. There are other thinkers and detractors that fractured the organization and I hope we see them soon.
  4. Not a big Star Wars fan but I'd say the Mandalorian has very memorable characters and this Bo-Katan's mark hasn't ended yet. There's still a 3rd Season! If she sticks around longer the value of this figure may just go up. She (her character) seems kinda stern but most likely traitorous. It's yet to be seen though. If there'd be a duel between her and the main guy, that would make a great shelf display. It's two Mandalorian factions with different ideologies vying for power. Just thinking.
  5. This guy could be any one in a collector's toy exhibition. He could be the villain, the drone, or the anti- hero. There's also so many ways to utilize and customize his accessories. Versatile. Will be a good part of one's collection!
  6. So many accessories. Cool! Though the batsuit's fabric is quite sensitive. More pluses!
  7. What's it with Todd and gold action figures? LOL. I get it that he wants to target people who may not be collectors; is making golden action figures a means to that end? Curious... hmmm...
  8. This, nachos, Mexican tomato sauce, and beer. We're ready to go! Kidding aside, this has to be gigantic and highly articulated, #mcfarlanetoys. We're so millennials now. LOL. Don't want statue-like action figures.
  9. Why do you have to be a BAF? I really want that Trisentinel alone. Though I guess I won't mind getting a Moira and Omega Sentinel...
  10. Why has this been the story of WW and tv? Very frustrating! One way or another they have to bring WW on tv since she's been absent at some of the most pivotal moments of the Arrowverse. She's supposed to be the glue that keeps the DC world together, not to mention, an integral part of the Trinity. Hope DC gives justice to her history, her legacy and the profits WW brought to them by giving her her own peerless pedestal in the #DCtv #arrowverse multiverse.
  11. I voted for that Kingdom Black arachnia. Among the trio, it has captured the animated looks.
  12. You make me miss the X-men: the Animated Series. They don't make cartoons like that anymore. The new X-men and Wolverine series on Netflix bored me to death. I couldn't stand watching after the first 2 to 3 episodes. I got piqued when Omega Red showed up, but that's it! It may have something to do with the colors, which you captured perfectly well in that picture, and the presence of Jubilee. Nice work!
  13. I like dark movies, but it has to make sense, and since this is JL, it has to capture the time honored personas of each of the leaguers plus, since this is, if considered their REAL debut on the big screen, the movie has to be epic. Most of these qualities, according to the critiques, were not met by the previous "debut". I kinda agree with that, though I wouldn't assume to be a movie connoisseur. How I know the movie is well made? Simple. I want to watch it again, and again, and again. I won't say that's an all-abiding rule, but yet, it is for me. I had that very impulse watching the 2 WW mov
  14. Looks affordable. I hope it would look good upon close inspection. I'll wait for the reviews.
  15. From what i understood, from one of the reviews, well, more like predictions, the vision of Batman is actually an alternative future wherein Darkseid won and beat the Justice League.
  16. Yeah! There are so many interesting villains in the Spawn-verse, like that clown-looking guy whose, like, the nemesis of Spawn. (Not really a Spawn fan. I just like the way these characters are designed.)
  17. Which is taking so long. I'd say, "put variety to the selections you make, Todd. Hand us some villains. No one wants to stick to something somewhat the same for too long. LOL!"
  18. Yeah. That's a shame. Terry is quite a chatty Batman, very easy going, which I like. Between the two, I'll get the one with the stand and whose mouth has been sculpted. I'll watch out for the release
  19. The style of Batman here is crazy badass, and, I'd say, the most must-have among the 4, excluding Bane. If you're into scary toys then get Bane with Scarecrow. WW needs some repaint, in my view. She should have gotten clean shavings on the side of her head. Down side to WW: she didn't get that seemingly Dr Fate Helmet. If I'm building a Batman army I would have gotten several Omegas--no complaint about the look of this one.
  20. Saw those old somewhat statue-esque action figures based on the Spawn storyline. Hope Todd has in mind that most people will be tired of buying the few new Spawn action figures if they realize that he will not go deep into the toyline/ character line. Nostalgia eventually has its limits; most people are on the building-their-collection side of things.
  21. That's what I have in mind, too. Strangely, #mcfarlanetoys didn't start with a Red Son Batman. Hmmmm... Won't be a stretch to see him soon Todd the man style.
  22. I thought Todd likes to balance his releases. I can't wait for the villains, especially the huge ones
  23. Nope! All of them are pretty sexy... hehe ... If economy is good and work pays well when the Silverhawks come flying, I might just collect them all. The franchise ran for about one season. The characters are fewer compared to other 80's animations. The question is: if Super7 will create all the main spaceships and the headquarters. #Super7
  24. Finally, the JSA on film! I always thought that DC will best showcase its talents in storytelling and CGI effects if it digs deep into its roots. JSA is the best way to start it off. Hope we can get these characters in action figure forms. What do you think, Todd #mcfarlanetoys?
