  1. My income +Wife's income =Total income -bills -food -preparing for taxes -monthly "emergency" budget (should I go to the doctor, replace a pair of torn jeans...) -Money set aside for small projects (buying a new lamp, a set of glasses...) -money set aside for the next big project (right now, buying a house) =disposable income. The wife and I both get half of it. If we get some extra income due to a bonus or some unexpected extra task that got paid (recently, for example, I've done a report on this Munich investment property), it's shared between the big project budget and disposable income. And that's how I buy my toys, my plastic models, my books and my guitar lessons!
  2. Yes, Funko figures are often on the lower end of the quality scale, that's why I've only ever had one - as a gift, on top ofthat. But hey, that makes them cheap, and allows everyone to get a couple of them for an affordable price.
  3. I'm curious, did you base your work on an official SW universe tank, or did you come up with the model yourself? I'm not up to date with the lore and haven't been since the Revenge of the Sith...
  4. Well, I didn't know about instamorph, but after googling it, it looks like it will DEFINITELY help me in some of my hobbies...brb, ordering some! If it works well in small quantities, that is, as I'd need it for 15 and 20mm (1/100 and 1/72 scale) tabletop wargame miniatures.
  5. I like how you armed them with Western fantasy-inspired weapons to contrast with the Japanese weapons of the ninja turtles. And I'd pay to watch an animated show of these taking on the TMNT!
  6. That's pretty rad, I'd have done questionable things to have it as a kid, including, but not limited to, going to school three Sundays in a row. If I got things right, the yellow lighting on the stairs is not built-in, but is made by your lamp below the stairs, right?
  7. Yes, they've really deserved their Emmys! I hope the writers and directors get great careers after that, and that they'll keep creating great content.
  8. Well, I'll give it a chance. I really loved the original novel, wasn't impressed by the first movie, but let's see what this one can deliver!
  9. What was that Hyperspace thing? I never heard of that, as it looks like it was an USA-only offer while I've been living in Europe for all of my life.
