No. I'm part of a couple toy groups in social media and I joined to see people's collections and to buy and trade. Unfortunately a lot of the members in those groups are bullies for no reason. For example I've seen members showing of a new figure and then someone will reply with a "that toy line sucks" or "you wasted your money" sort of thing. I don't get why people feel the need to respond with negative comments when someone is simply sharing something with the community. Not into this "cancel culture" but no doubt there are a lot of douchebags that can't see other people happy, so I agree with that there is bullying in toy communities but all that came with social media and hiding behind a phone/computer. Personally I don't care what people buy, how they buy it, or what they do with it. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Buy your plastic, enjoy it, share it, and don't be a dick haha.

Looks good to me. Tmnt figs are probably a step-down from what shfiguarts put out but you can't beat that price. I'm in haha.

Me and the wife have separate accounts, we are both good at handling money. We have individual savings, that too me is so much easier to track spending. I can buy whatever I want haha, but my rule for any spending is that as long as I'm contributing to my savings after paying bills then I have cash to play with. If not then I cut back on fun money and wait until it's back to normal. It's all about priorities.

I started drawing when I was 7 and just like any little kid I loved cartoons! I remember drawing, WB characters, Disney, loved Hannah Barbera stuff, Garfield, etc. Then I started drawing more serious stuff and tried out every medium when I was in high school. I was very nostalgic about all the toys I had as a kid and 5yrs ago I started looking for things I had/wanted as a kid. I usually paint in acrylic, watercolors but I discovered that color pencils are more my thing... most are based on my own figs. (Except batman, that's a commission, but it's based on the guys actual fig, and Donnie 2012 from screen shot of tmnt show) Check out my art page IG:dango922 And toy/game stuff IG:80force

Thank you!! I'm still working on organizing better, I'm on the hunt for a nice TV console with some closed storage to hide my extras and cables. Also a desk where I can work on my art and maybe spread some figures. Oh and eventually finish painting that door haha.

I grew up not having brand toys, my mom would just get bootlegs because we simply didn't have the money. Most of my dads family was in the US and at some point I started getting all the cool gifts for Xmas! Alot of xmen, jurassic park, spider man, sega genesis games, tmnt, thundercats, transformers, robocop, street sharks, etc. I moved to the US in 98 and I brought up some of my things with me, unfortunately at some point my mom said " I gave all your toys away" I was so crushed inside but I played it cool. My other part of my toys a friend borrowed in high-school for a project and never saw them again. One day I was walking outside my apt and saw a tmnt 2003 figure and it sparked me to find more (this was in 2015?) Since then I've been trying to get my childhood back haha. I love art, so I grew up with comic books and I love a good design. The nostalgic part of me likes the old figures but the artistic side loves the newest stuff. How lucky are we to live in a time like this? The quality and resemblance of the new toys is just unreal. Anyways here's where I keep my stuff. Sorry for the long intro!
