Sooooo the base body started out as a crazy version of Marvin the Martian which didn't go as planned. So then I wanted to make a Christmas one inspired by one of my DCUO characters. Head/Lantern/Coat/Hood - FourHorseMen Body - ML Warpath Belt - McFarlane Batman Feet - McFarlane Lobo Boot Cuffs - Tape

So huge fan of Wednesday on Netflix. Jenna Ortega knocked it out of the park! Had to make a Wednesday! Head / Legs - ML Nico Body - ML Stepford Belt - ML Magik

So big fan of Multiversus and Space Kook is both my player icon and my ringout animation so had to do a custom. I apologize for glare on the face shield down pics. Base Figure - Mattel Buzz

So I had a Savage Dragon lying around that I had ironically got for a Brock custom but went a different route so Bravo was an obvious second choice to use it for. Just swapped feet and head. I may sculpt corner wedges on the hair on each side yet not sure. Body - Savage Dragon Head - NECA Flash Glasses - Sgt Slaughter (Wrestling not Joe) Feet - USAgent

So much like many that came before it immediately fell in love with this anime and knew I had to take a crack at it because I knew what the perfect base was immediately. So the biggest hurdle was McFarlane anchored the trench coat not only on the back but both sides of the front which left huge pockets on the chest and back. Other than that things went fairly smoothly. I'm keeping an eye out for a version of the head I like more. I would like to see the eye glow on the figure. I've got some touch up paint and sculpt work to do on this one yet but wanted to get it posted. The Chainsaw Man parts were all from the Bandai Vibration Stars PVC. The shoes transitioned almost perfectly after I shaved down the pant bottoms. Sculpted a new knee at the pant tear. Overall happy with first round. Body - McFarlane Constantine Head, Forearms, Chain Pull, Shoes - Bandai Vibration Stars Chainsaw Man

Awesome! Was really hoping for a Monster Girl set!!!! -
So another DC favorite that just can't get a break. First time working with chrome paint so couple of minor paint glitches (made a replica 2nd body to paint emblem on with no blemishes). So I did a duplicate 2nd body that I plan on painting the emblem on instead of the raised fractal I used on this one. The head is from NECA Flash Gordon 7" so I did some shaving down of the jaw and cheeks to scale the head. Head - NECA Flash Gordon Body - ML Vulcan Added pics of second body I did with painted emblem.

Another one of my DC favorites. I'd like to see McFarlane take a stab at Ronnie Raymond suit. I ordered the DCU Total Heroes Firestorm by Mattel to see if I could get by in my 6" display but it was cool but just didn't match the set. So going off a pretty solid head just made the body to go with it. Used the Stein and power effect pieces as well. Drilled peg hole in back for Stein. Head - DCU Total Heroes Firestorm Body - ML Vulcan

The head is the one for this figure, the current McFarlane Shazam with a Black Adam torso swap.

DC Page Punchers The Flash and Injustice 2 Teasers

Wow easy pass on this wave. Maybe Cold to have a base for normal one. -
So another round of another DC favorite. Again McFarlane provided a good base and this was one of those everthing that can go wrong customs. So first I had got a Rock Black Adam to shave off the bolt to make a Shazam custom. Ended up hacking the bolt up badly. When I saw this Shazam I immediately grabbed it. My biggest issue with the McFarlane Shazam family is the flap or hanging bolt. I had one from Deathmetal Shazam I was going to swap in. First the removal of existing went badly and was attached differently than I thought and new bolt didn't cover damage. So I retrieved my hacked Black Adam and removed that torso and swapped it in. Managed to almost fully repair that bolt which I had hacked up. Did a repaint of that torso. After matching skin tone then got a red finger smudge on neck that I had to repaint. Did a full suit red and gold repaint. Dulled the lips down. Went to do a hand swap from the fist to open and the joint broke upon removal of the normal swap so had to fix that. Then if you look at original Shazam part of the red leg bottoms actually appear to be a continuation of the boot so swapped that red to gold. Bolt is fully attached to torso. Base - McFarlane Shazam Torso - McFarlane Black Adam (Movie)

So was hoping to see this from McFarlane and when I did I saw a good base at least. Was not happy with the head at all. The solid goggles work for Beetle and Booster but not here. Also didn't care for his hair. Swapped with a ML Brother Voodoo that I used for my Static custom a few years back and scales perfectly. I plan on a 2.0 with the white mask and lighter blue interior. Just waiting on parts. Head - ML Brother Voodoo

So this is one of my favorite DC newer heroes that was basically just tossed away! Got excited when he was brought back again recently only to once again be killed off. Also a big fan of the original suit design, although some artists did a great job on the red white and black suit which is on my short list to do. Upper - ML Vulcan Lower - Speedball It would have been all Vulcan but that's what I had on hand lol!

Ugh not going to be happy with any of the Shazam versions until the bolt is sculpted on suit. The hanger bolt looks terrible! Only one it was close to good on is the Rock Black Adam.
