That's such a pretentious statement. How many movies have been made in the the last 60 years? Lots of movies rip off other movies. Lots of pulling of Ideas. Hell, almost all the Marvel movies are basically the same exact formula...

Chill, it is taking 8-14 weeks minimum for most products to get here, if it gets here at all. Couches and refrigerators are taking 9 months. Baby formula is in an extreme shortage. Don't be that guy, it's just a toy. A cool toy but just a toy. If it's that big of a deal, cancel the pre-order...

These figures look great but really aren't that much fun to play with unfortunately. They seem to have problem balancing aesthetics and articulation. Very rarely do they crunch forward.

It looks nothing like morph, nothing... And they are comic book characters, they should like the comic book art. That's why Mafex is killing it. The only reason people were shelling out for legends is because they are cheap and you can build a team. But Morph wasn't even in the comics so they only have one reference. You are also wrong about black series, they are meant to represent the movie characters. the reason they have the "Hasbro Effect" isn't on purpose but because it's incredibly difficult to accurately scale down a real person. It' hard enough for people to make a 1:1 replica. Morph should have looked like this. The main head offers zero defining traits of the character.

As long as they do a better job with our head than they did with Morphs head. That thing looks nothing like Morph.

While I love the idea of this, I really think they needed to redesign the turtles. Turtles are supposed to be short, but leonardo is dwarfing Ryu. Plus Playmate are always loose right out box.

Aesthetically Dwayne looks perfect for the role. But he's not the best actor, the last time I saw him meet my expectation was in Gridiron Gang.
