Okay so i agree that this line looks nothing like the Cartoon series. But this line isn't supposed to look like the original show. It is supposed to look like the original toys. Also, the S.H. Figuarts turtles give NECA a serious run for their money and work great in "Marvel Legends" scale. But again, these figures are not meant to represent the original cartoon version of the turtles. These are meant to represent the original line of toys, which i believe was produced before they completed the final design of the turtles that we see in the cartoon series.

Covid-19... Factories, distribution and pretty much all means of production are running rather slow for every industry. That being said, Super7 is already slow in their own right. Hasbro is having to push back dates on some of it's waves. Disney is having to push back dates on their movies. And this is across the board in so many industries. Not just toys. Things are being pushed back.

I'm not attacking. I am expressing my opinion, Which as you just expressed I have the right to do. I like how the line is being handled. It is new and in early stages. Hasbro will progress and give us the characters we want and as you said attacking people for having a different opinion is worse than complaining, but then attack me for having a difference of opinion? alright... I thought this forum was for toy lovers to come together and be able to have a discussion and/or disagreement. -

Just a little patience buddy, they will get to the characters you want. We are only on wave 2 of what seems like a great line. We all have characters we want, I'm sure we will be getting all of them. -
Todd McFarlane Announces 'Spawn' Kickstarter
TheViewingGlobe replied to Outsiders's topic in Action Figure News
If we are basing it on the promo images, which I'm pretty sure we are. It looks like he might have a cut a the waist and maybe shoulders? Hardly an action figure, more likely a action statue, pre-posed vanilla stance. -

Have you even looked at the prototype images? it looks like the only articulation it will have is a waist twist, If anything. Looks like another statue. Of course if that is what you want, I'll put my foot in my mouth. -

I'm with ya, I have no interest in investing in McFarlane toys. The Mortal Kombat line so far is a joke. No ab articulation, the heads get no range. You are better off paying more for storm figures. The best figure I got and kept from McFarlane was the call of duty line. Also, The image clearly shows McFarlane is updating a figure into a statue.. Nope, no thanks. -
Todd McFarlane Announces 'Spawn' Kickstarter

Todd clearly doesn't understand what the "toy" community wants these days. If he wants to sell statues, that's cool. Some people like that, but don't call it a toy (it's not and it's definitely not an action figure). In all honesty Todd could simply re-design the current spawn he made for the MK11 line. That's what I want. Articulated toys with no ugly joint and no brittle plastic. Come on! Also, he never said this. He said in an interview with Shart that he is making his "figures" bigger because he see's it as more plastic for your money. Yet, Batman/Superman figures still have no fi -
Depending on how stylized this is, I may purchase. If it looks like Keaton I'm in. If it looks like a close cosplayer I am out.
