  1. I'd absolutely love a Melodia. Its criminal that she wasnt made in the Kenner line. Poker Face too...both very toyetic characters that shouldve gotten made. I'm not a vehicle or playset guy so things like snake mountain and the thundertank werent really tempting for me..but if S7 were to make Mon-Star's Sky Runner I would have to get it, without question.
  2. Yeah, these are really $35 figures. $55 is really a lot for what you're getting. The way Brian was talking during the recent interview sounds like Mon-Star will be about $80. Buzz-Saw might even be a little more than $55 too but we'll see.
  3. Quicksilver and mon-star are definite buys for me. Buzz-saw would be a big maybe.
  4. Im curious what they're going to do for card art since Hasbro's retro Joe's already have that nostalgic painted art. So are they going to just do more of that or something completely different....maybe do card art that are callbacks to the comic books instead?
  5. Yeah, not bad! The sculpts are not as good as Neca's but better than Mattel and Mezco, imo. Dont like the capes but maybe possible to get wired capes through a 3rd party eventually. I really love the vehicle and playset however (from what I can see) and I'd even say that they outshine the figures to some extent and in that case, you'd probably be missing out if you only buy the figures, unlike most other 6 inch lines.
  6. Technically, shouldn't Timber have come with the Snake Eyes we already got lol. Even though I'm more of a Cobra guy, I'm loving all these classic looks for the Joes.
  7. I really like how hes big enough and generic enough to work with a bunch of other lines.
  8. Not bad but I kind of hate how low his head sits on his neck. But since the head is swappable I guess having the head somewhat loosely sitting on the neck joint would work (it works on my Storm figures). Also the S on the cape seems really small, I know Frank Miller was all about drawing superhero symbols being big and fat on TDKR so that detail might be off.
  9. Womp, womp. The facts are there for you to peruse. Deal with it or continue having your tantrum lol
  10. Again, thanks for that..that right there shows how clueless you are lol. And actually hes brand manager, photographer and DC content expert. You can try to discredit and spin all you want but the facts are staring you in the face.
  11. interview from last year with mcfarlanes brand manager pretty much saying the same thing that neitlich said about the limitations they had when first getting the license. Two people in the know, years apart saying the same dam thing.
  12. Well, I did say earlier on I deduced dc was responsible for most of the mcfarlane character based on some previous things. I feel like its something that is very likely. People try to say "todd has a batman fetish" and I just dont feel that's the case..and if anything, he doesnt strike me as the sort to be up on whatever the latest goings on with the character. And you know what, I believe Todd even more or less said it himself when he was making the interview rounds last year. That's something I would have to look up though.
  13. "if you need to say "probaly", you should look it up. things move forwards not backwards. " And i actually havent looked up anything. I'm confident with what I know. But like I mentioned, factor in figures with statues, designer vinyls, etc and then get back to me with "Dcd wasnt disproportionately focused on batman". Its a cut and dried fact. And that carries on with mcfarlane being bat-centric with character selection. Is that moving forward enough for you? It's not hard to figure out. But for some reason you want to have a public tantrum about it. That's fine too
  14. Uh bigotry ok. you literally have nothing at this point and you know it.
  15. Yes, a missing letter...finally something for you to grasp at! If you're at the point where you're pointing out spelling flaws that's usually a good indicator that you dont have jack #$## to argue with. But please go on
  16. None of them are making expansive figure lines either other than spinmaster
  17. No that post is still there. I only deleted my last post. So yeah 2010
  18. Yeah, its 2021 and dc/warners is probably even more stringent with the license than they were during the toyguru mattel days.
  19. Hes my friend now, what are you 12? All i did was mention his own dealings with dc in making action figures of their characters. Which is relevant to mcfarlanes character choices. Feel free to say whatever you want about him what do I care. You made a good point about the arrowverse figures earlier on but now you're just coming off as a sad clown. But if you want to keep going that's fine too
  20. Who needs knowledge when you can frantically look up what figure was produced in what year within a 5 year period (weird that youre hung up on those number of years) in order to prove that some random message board person is wrong hahaha thanks for that. Again, I already posted...its disproportionate (another big word sorry) when you factor in the statues and other products-alongside action figures. So now youll have to start all over and go back and look up all the statues, figurine sets, etc and add all that to the impressive list of statistics you've already compiled.
  21. It is fact that he worked on the dc line and dealt with DC.
  22. Not publicly disclosed, but, pretty apparent using just a little bit of common sense and deductive logic. Maybe too much to expect from minds that need things explicitly spelled out for them but there it is. And since you seem so hung up on my original comment...like I mentioned before you're free to check out the neitlich video where he does say that dc delegated who got made at first. That should be easy enough to comprehend but you seem to think delagate is a huge word so I dont know.
