Nope, the Batmobile was matte, that is correct. They're making this a special variant, for those who would've liked to have seen it gleam.

She took a lot of heat from fans from what her character did on Walking Dead, which is just outrageously stupid. The actress is not the character! But hope people are past all that now and hope that the new gig works out for her.

I always liked Laurie Holden. Hated her back in the X-Files 'cause I thought they were trying to use her to replace Scully....but later I realized I was being too harsh. Besides, she grew on me. Looks good in this outfit, looking forward to the show.

I love the whole "pulp" era and golden age heroes. Big sucker for the likes of The Shadow, Zorro, Doc Savage, Miss Fury, etc. The first round of Neca's King Features were incredible; I got Ming but passed on the other two. Great figures but really just looked too "jacked" to me. Ming won me over with that glorious outfit. I almost got the Phantom, but he didn't have those striped briefs and he just isn't the Phantom to me without them. Now that King is re-doing them I just may get all. Definitely getting the Phantom.

Finally, Emily assures us that we will eventually see these figures widely available and indicates that it might take a while due to the shipping problems going on in the world. This part of her statement I think is 100% accurate.
It's important to note this so NOBODY buys the figures that are out there now for ridiculous amounts of money, like from this guy trying to sell a $20 Alley Viper for $500 on eBay. Seriously if you pay $500 or anything close to that for these figures now, you are an IDIOT!. There is just no way to candy coat that.Well said. I agree wholeheartedly!

Thanks to Bobby B, we have more in-hand images for the G.I. Joe Classified Alley Viper and B.A.T. figures. As we told you yesterday, listings for the Alley Viper and B.A.T. were quietly listed on the Walmart website this past Friday using code names. Only a limited number of these were sold and they quickly sold out.
Check out the new images below. Some fool has this thing going up for $500.00 on eBay. The greed factor is just off the charts. Let's hope the stupidity factor isn't right up there and someone actually pays that.

I don't think there is any. I'm sure they just wanted something with rad colors that would stand out at a Toys R Us or at a grocery store toy aisle, and bright orange and blue seemed good because it was 1989 and Neon hadn't caught on yet.
Either that or somebody was a big Mets fan.Thanks. Yeah it seems bizarre. I mean I've done my share of lurking in alleys (really, who amongst us hasn't) and I never recalled seeing lots of orange and blue on the walls. If they were gonna go "urban camo" seems grays/blacks/rust would be more fitting. But really, I'm just digging that flip visor and the shield!

As a matter of fact it was like two years before Hasbro decided to put neon colors on EVERYTHING... I remember seen Alley Viper and feeling like wow this figure is so different and shiny colors, I like it... The rest of the 89 line was darker colors... Frag Viper and Night Viper were also from the same year!
I'm not that knowledgeable about the GI Joe line...I see that at some point they put the neon colors on, but what was the reason for orange and blue camo color scheme? I read that they're COBRA's answer to police S.W.A.T. units, and they specialize in inner-city invasion. But what's the orange and blue association with alleys?

I wondered why they didn't have at least one shot of him with the visor done in the pics for today! 3 pics, all front, 1 side, and 1 of the shield. No sense at all. I was beginning to think that promo art was just "artist's rendition" and the visor never moved after all. Thanks.

Hopefully no exclusive Joes announced today on the Livestream. I'm a Premium member and it is still almost impossible to snag the exclusives before they sell out in 0.001 seconds.
Im a premium member and im unable to get in....must have a botched link

Holy h3ll these are awesome! The Four Horsemen have done it again!
Curious. Are these "compatible" with the Mythic Legion line? Can you swap parts out between the Mythic Legions and the Cosmic Legions? If so, that just takes this to a whole new level. For the most part yes. So if you got a skeleton warrior from the Mythic line, you can put the head on one of the alien spacesuits in the Cosmic line for example.

I prefer this Classified Storm Shadow to the images him with the Bane mask and the Yakuza tattoo on the arm, but it bothers me a bit that everything they unveiled for Classified was very VERY classic, and I'm concerned about what it means for the line going forward.
The real take away here is that evidently, Hasbro finally listened.....these aren't impossible to find Target exclusives! Collectors can have some confidence they'll actually be able to buy these and scalpers can just go choke.
This IS the Storm Shadow for me. It looks like sheer perfection!

Least favorate out of all the bat car designs. Looks like a tricked out GTO made by some motor heads on a cable channel series. Does it have the signature chrome skull head gearshift and chain link steering wheel? However this does explain why Batman trimmed his ears down- probably got too expensive replacing the headliner after every ride.
Definitely looks like some cheap kitbash thing made by a guy with champagne dreams and a beer budget.
During the Batman animated series (Batman New Adventures) they featured a sleek, slimmed down Batmobile that was very cool; this movie should have gone closer to that version, rather than this madmax thing.

I'm backing this project but its conditional. They don't have any prototypes which to me is odd, since I've backed other projects and they did. Except for one which turned out to be a scam (Cryptid). Also there's no shipping information or expected delivery dates. Looking at the names of the people associated with the project I would expect this kind of basic info to be there on the page.
Figures (at least the renditions) look good however and I'm interested!

Yeah you can't toss the package away like that on these, little girl.....theyre re-usable. Which is why theyre so cool.

These are exactly as they should look....although Vampi is just a bit too busty from what I know of her. Also her face isnt quite there, but nonetheless these are great figures.
I have a rule about paying certain amounts for certain figures. I will adjust that to get at least Red Sonja and Purgatory.

Impressive! But I thought the Ultimates was over priced so dont know about this one. We'll see.

How I hated these uniforms. The Wrath Of Khan were the best, followed by Next Generation. They just went downhill from there.

Oh man this is a sweet set up! He's got all that 1930s pulp flavor going on....figure's a bit on the small side though. Still, its a beautiful piece of work!!

The whole "amnesiac protagonist who has off-the-charts martial arts skills that snap into effect because of muscle memory" has been done to death....come on....
Are we going to find out that they were part of an elite super deadly league or organization...got into some situation and was left for dead....ends up finding a friendly ally along the way while they struggle to find out why someone's after them, why can't they remember, blah blah....

That Grant looks like Dr. McCoy from Star Trek....first glance, I thought it was DeForrest Kelly!
