There is thigh swivel. It's buried at the top of the thigh under the joint. Get yourself a figure. Start with White Knight Batman or Rebirth Nightwing. You'll love it.

Yeah, but we know Mattel would have screwed the final product up and that yellow oval emblem would have ended up too high on his chest. Check every DCUC Batman prototype, then look at the final figure in your hands.
