Seinfeld Fisher-Price Little People Collector Figure Set
Lord_Scareglow replied to JayC's topic in Action Figure News
I actually might buy this, yeah I love Seinfeld that much, I only wish that someone like NECA would make some realistic figures that I'd rather have, but these are fun, let's get some Frasier figs! -
Jakks Pacific - Announces The Super Mario Bros. Movie Toys
Lord_Scareglow replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
I've never been a Mario toy collector despite actually being kinda tempted by some of the more recent offerings, but this looks like some of the nicer Mario figures, and likely won't be a high price point, I might just collect this series, the Bowser recently revealed looks really cool as well. -
I love these both, but the price is way high for these, and I suspected these won't actually get released until like 2025, I bought the Vampira, Red Sonja, Purgatori figures and well I don't see them coming out any time soon and it's been forever, they cost me a heck of a lot, so until I get those I'm kinda out on spending money with this company. I do really like these though, but not enough of a fan of Rocketeer to hand over almost 200+

would be cool if they did a Warduke and Shadow Demon from the Toon series, I might actually get those, but I'd still be hoping we would see Hasbro do Game/Book figures, so I'd probably wait it out to see if they actually do that, which they should since they already started with Drizzzt and Gelatinous Cube.

That Earth-2 Batman is actually really nice looking, once in a blue moon out of the many Batman's Todd puts out there are some real good ones, I might pick that one up, I don't know the story that goes along with Megazord Batman but it looks really silly, but also kinda cool, that would look alright in a display with Manga Spawn. Kalibak is a real winner here though, they did a great job on that guy, but I likely wouldn't get it.

Still waiting on these ladies, it's been a long time so it seems, already payed in full, so I'm hoping it is soon these actually come out. one thing I do hope is that these stand better then the previous figures I already have the Lady Death and she can't stand on her own at all which for how expensive she was, it's pretty tacky, her feet just roll out from under her without support.

this figure looks awesome, I really wanted to be collecting this figure line, but we didn't really get these figures in Canada, and kinda too late and expensive to start now, these figures go for like 70 bucks here in Canada, I'd have loved to have started from the beginning, as Gargoyles was always a dream line to have re-done, but NECA hates Canada the last few years and the distrubution is spotty and the price hikes are wild.

As a big Slash fan, this figure is really nice to look at, I never collected anything in this line of Turtles, but I might get this, but honestly if I was going to get a Slash figure I'd get the Super7, but man this Slash does look good, I hated what they did with him in the Cartoon he looked real stupid, if I collected the Animated Turtles I'd just sub this one in.

Hasbro Power Rangers Live-Stream Announced For January 17th
Lord_Scareglow replied to JayC's topic in Action Figure News
Well the new Remasted Blue and Yellow ranger look quite good, they did a better job on the likeness, and the accessories are nice, I'm tempted, but I think I'm going to just pass on them, I already got the MMPR Rangers and double dipping for the sake of some updates seems like a bad money plan. Mesogog looks really cool though, always thought he was a cool villain, but he doesn't fit my collecting criteria so I'll pass again. -
Super7 must owe Scrooge McDuck swimming pools to License holders over how many Licenses they have, they acquire a new one every day it seems, who knows what's next Caillou and Baby Shark?

Super7 - Dungeons & Dragons ReAction Figures
Lord_Scareglow replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
I'm still keeping faith Hasbro will eventually give us more Game figures, but who knows once I'm sure the D&D Movie bombs and the figures for it melt pegs to ashes, they may just toss the whole line in the dumpster fire. but if Super7 wants to be cool folks they can just do us up some awesome D&D game Ultimates. I guess NECA is doing something as well *cough cough* if those ever even get released. -
Hasbro - Indiana Jones Hasbro Pulse Fanstream
Lord_Scareglow replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
Looks like they are going the McFarlane route, a zillion Indy figures, I was just hoping we'd get Henry Jones, Mola Ram and Willie Scott, guess not yet, I am planning on not going full collection mode with these figures, only currently plan on getting regular Indy, but Short Round is something I'm looking forward to, but still waiting on those above 3 characters, likely won't be getting many more. -
TMNT Retro Storage Shell Turtle Figures From Playmates Toys
Lord_Scareglow replied to JayC's topic in Action Figure News
I almost didn't even remember that Ralph, Leo and Mikey got Storage shell figures, because when I was a kid I remember it was solely Don first and for some time, they then later gave the rest of the turtles the gimmick, I always liked these because they had cool facial expressions and as a Kid was drawn to the fact they had the colored belts, I might just buy these on and keep em on Card for fun, I still have a complete Don though on display, and I still adore that fig. -
Super7 - Eric B. & Rakim ReAction Figures
Lord_Scareglow replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
The God MC getting an action figure? now that's cool, I really love how cool Music stuff Metal and Hip Hop Super7 is doing, I'm kinda already on board to get these figures just because well Rakim. -
Super7 - 7 Days of Teases: Biz Markie License
Lord_Scareglow replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
Very Interested to see what this is, I think Scientist Biz from The Biz Never Sleeps would be a great starting point for Biz Figures, wonder if this will be an Ultimate or ReAction, since they have been doing Hip Hop Ultimates lately. Sad thing is I wish Biz was around to see himself become an action figure, you know he would have loved it. -
Monster High Skullector Elvira Coming From Mattel
Lord_Scareglow replied to JayC's topic in Action Figure News
I will try and get this, but I hold little faith I'll be successful in securing this, Love what Mattel is doing with Monster High as of recent but the price of these figures and the fast sell out rate is a real bummer. -
This is a fun piece but I bet it's going to be way over priced, the diorama is way too big for just having 2 small 3.5 inch figures on them, if there were more characters to fill out this dio it would be hard to say no to, but it looks kinda empty, plus like I say before I imagine this won't be cheap, I'm just going to wait for the Ultimate figure, and hope they maybe do an Impostarr there in time.

Trick or Treat Studios - Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Lord_Scareglow replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
These look very good, but I feel for the price it's kinda a bummer these appear to have like no articulation, maybe 3 points? (head and arms?) if they had more range in the articulation department I'd likely be all over these. -
Yeah this is kinda cool, if I saw this I'd likely grab it to keep on card as a fun display.

McFarlane Toys - DC Multiverse Page Punchers Aquaman Wave
Lord_Scareglow replied to toynewman's topic in Action Figure News
Black Manta looks really cool, the rest don't do a whole lot for me.
