  1. At least NECA is trying to offer the Movie 2 packs on their website to make it a little easier to get these. Hopefully those that want one can actually get them and not in the he hands of some scalpers and end up on eBay.
  2. Ok, makes sense this is part of a line aimed more for the he younger collector, Cy-Gor looks great through I'm likely going to skip this as the articulation looks very limited. I do love what McFarlane has been doing overall with the DC Multiverse line, the Spawn Kickstarter was great. You get alot for the money spent with his figures.
  3. Nice review. Smokescreen looks good, looking forward to the eventual Prowl and Bluestreak repaint!
  4. I really dig the stylized look of these Mondo figures, as a huge MOTU fan I can appreciate what they're doing with this line. Man-at-arms here looks just great, love the exclusives with the Orko accessoroy and Snake-Men head, the price is what ultimately will keep me from a complete collection of these but I might have to get this guy.
  5. I know that there is more Batman and Batman related characters in this line from McFarlane than anything else but I will say I personally don't mind as long as the rest of the DCU gets attention eventually... Now as far as the review of this Whiteknight/Curse of the Whiteknight wave I'm thoughly impressed with the Azrael figure, he is the winner of this wave. The details and build are just great, in hand he feels very sold, good joints, can stand no problem. He is visually pleasing, standout figure for sure and one of the best of the year so far for me. The Batman here is nice, the best McFarlane Batman yet. Looks imposing and I just love the artistic look on him. The Joker here is just ok. May or may not pick him up. This wave has got me interested in the story arks these figures are based, will be getting the books for sure.
  6. Snake eyes and Scarlett to the rescue! Nice layout, like the pic!
  7. Very out of left field I'd say, I'm going to be passing on this as I'm not a huge Turtle guy but to those that want one hopefully you'll be able to get it. Tough I will say that the packaging is pretty cool!
  8. I think the best solution is to offer these up through some sort of pre-order ala Super7, that way you know that you'll get one for sure instead of on the day drops that sell out instantly. Or make these fan channel exclusives, this way there will be more places and more opportunities to get these. NECA needs to take a different avenue here to get these in people's hands that want one, they don't want to upset their loyal fan base. A happy customer is a returning customer!
  9. If the Pimp Daddy Destro and Light Blue Cobra Commander are indeed exclusives I'm ready to go in on both, hope they're not hard to get.
  10. Needless to say this is a very strange offering. It does look to have great details and articulation, very lifelike but definitely not for me.
  11. I guess NECA needs to offer them this way due to licensing restrictions ,as frustrating as it may be. I don't have any Walmarts near me so I'll have to resort to eBay if I want this unless the website stocks more which I wouldn't be surprised.
  12. I already put in a pre-order, really looking like the vintage toy look updated and have been loving Super 7's other offerings from their MOTU stuff to the recently released comic Conan and Toxie figures, they really are knocking it out of the ball park. Only issue is the long wait to get these but as mentioned above they are not one of the big boys so their clout is not as strong. I think Wave 1 is on a boat heading this way, can't wait to get Raphael in hand!
  13. Very interesting, love how the figure looks. Glad to see other figures from the Hush storyline being done. My only issue is the scale, wish he were of the 7 inch scale.
  14. Looking forward to the Transformers stream, wonder what's coming next after Earthrise also will a Titan be released next year and if so what could it be. On the G.I Joe front hope we get more on the retro figures, thinking these will be reissues of the 25th anniversary figures in some form or maybe reissues of the vintage figures!
  15. I was waiting for this book. Instant pre-order, anyone thinks that $60 for this book is a lot consider it was a very time consuming effort to put together and it has over 700 pages! I think if you're a MOTU fan of any magnitude this book is a very good idea to have.
