As much as I love this, I think I'm cool with the Flasher Gremlin I already have

Then just get him to have another Standard Gremlin. his main selling point is all his accessories. You can make him the annoying gremlin with the puppet, the "brooding gremlin" that bashes in the head of the annoying puppet Gremlin with a mallet,  a poker playing gremlin, etc.

Well it's Bandai America, their products have always had that quality for as long as I can remember and well, a bit unfair to compare them with Figuarts, since the difference is obvious, although I must say when I've compared Figuarts against Figma or Mafex, I also can notice a certain gap between qualities.

yeah. I mean, yes, Figuarts are obviously more expensive, but you get  what you pay for. But I seriously doubt we will ever get a Janemba Figuarts. Why would we, when they can just release Goku again and again?

  3. I really don't like the Dragon Stars line. Their quality is EXTREMELY poor, especially when compared to SH Figuarts ( and the scaling is terrible. Freeza should not be the same height as Goku, and Final Form Cooler should be TWICE Goku's size.)

But this is probably my only chance to get a figure of Janemba, so I'll be getting him

  4. I wonder if there is any chance of Hasbro doing some Sentai stuff, such as shows that were not made into Power Rangers, either because they were made BEFORE Zyuranger or Saban entertainment just chose to skip the show for...whatever reason. Maybe they didn't think the theme would translate to a Western audience. This is probably why they've skipped ToQger and Zyuohger.

COULD Hasbro make toys of these figures, or is that a whole other licensing issue? Even if they could, would they think it worth it? Kids wouldn't know what rangers they are without a show, but adult collectors probably would. I think it's safe to say most adults out there know Power Rangers origins, and many have actually watched Sentai shows.

Agreed, I just feel that in the case of Power Rangers people tend to overreact a bit,.considering the line hasn't been around for long.

I am so confused at how passionate fans are about Power Rangers. I just don't get it. Power Rangers haven't really been relevant for over a decade. At least not anywhere near the same extent that they had in the 90s.

Besides, the original Super Sentai shows are far better. Have you heard the music in those shows? Catchy as all hell

  6. I think most people who liked Savage World were turned off to it because of the HORRIBLE Quality Control Funko put into it. I've read reviews of DC Primal Age figures breaking right out of the package, legs falling off, etc.  As a result, you can get them dirt cheap on Amazon, because no one wants them.

It's a shame, because it's actually a really novel theme. But Masters of the WWE has done it FAR better. Good quality figures, good references to the original Masters of the Universe characters, and SUPERB face sculpts. the only downside is that they are Wal-Mart exclusives, and as Wal-mart is absolute trash.

So yeah, I'm pretty sure Savage World and Primal Age are cancelled.  Blame Funko for their terrible quality control. Because they had EVERYTHING going for them. They were very affordable, especially by today's toy standards, they looked cool, and they had a unique take on two franchises

  7. I personally wish  we would get some Asterix figures either made by an American or Japanese toy company. I would kill for a Figuarts of Asterix and Obelix.  I'm not gonna hold my breath though. Asterix is pretty obscure outside of Europe. I know it has a small following in America, but I don't know if they even know what Asterix is in Japan

  8. Haslab Cobra- La five pack in classified scale. based on the  comes with Golobulus (WITH his transport pod and his snake lower half) Nemesis Enforcer, two Cobra-La Soldiers and Pythona

This would mainly be  expensive because of Golobus' transport pod

  9. I don't have a specific budget . I just try not to let things get out of control. I generally won't pay over $100 for a single item though. I will make some exceptions though, like Earthrise Scorponok. Scorponok is my favorite Transformer and I must have him

They have also gotten really bad about sending what you actually ordered. My last three orders from WM had to be sent back because they sent the wrong thing. Now they just send something from the same toy line and price and that is as far as they seem to go to getting the order correct. Then there is their in store pickups that are a whole other mess.

Yeah, that's Wal-mart employees for you. They are the epitome of "I Don't Care"
