  1. This piece is physically revolting to me. To me, this entire article REEKS of begging for attention and wanting validation for what he KNOWS is shitty behavior.

So, no, he deserves no sympathy, whatever he got he deserves, and the fact he's trying to paint himself as a victim is fundamentally abhorrent. But you know what? Let's just say he's right. Let's say this is an instance of "cancel culture". If EVER there was a group of people that DESERVED to be cancelled, it is @##@@ scalpers. And make no mistake, he is one of them

Were these from BBTS??? Of course we allllll ordered from bbts buuuuut are they shipping yet????? PLEASE SAY YES!

pfffttt hahahaha. Dude, BBTS gets their stock like, a month after everyone else. They are insultingly slow.

If it weren't for the fact that they have a large selection and make it REALLY easy to cancel a preorder, I would have stopped using them years ago. But their customer service and wide availability of product makes them worth using. Also that flat $4 shipping helps. They're a great site for a toy hunter, because if you find the toy out in the wild, chances are, BBTS still won't be getting their stock in for another month and you can easily cancel your preorder.

  3. I cannot convey to you how happy I am that I could preorder this at BBTS. No more do I have to hope I can get on Wal-marts website and get an order of these or go into a store and MAYBE get a hold of these before scalpers clean out the inventory.

Sure, I'm gonna have to wait a while for BBTS to get them in stock, but hey, the peace of mind is worth the wait.

The Land Shark is my most anticipated toy from this line. It was my favorite He-Man vehicle as a kid.

    Yeah....

    Elvira deserved it.....

Kind of reminds me of the Funko Rock Candy Elvira Fig....

Mezco got my dough on this one =^)

Sorry, I'm going to have disagree with you hard on this one. Elvira DESERVED a Mezco One:12 figure, or at the very least an ultimate figure. This is just creepy (and not in Elvira's trademark way), in a way that is, to be honest, perverted.

The whole concept behind Living Dead Dolls is that they are children in horror costumes. Because they are based on the old tradition of dolls looking like children because children are the one who play with dolls.

That being said, I'm not going to judge anyone for wanting to  buy this and support Elvira. Hell, I'M considering buying it because I'm a fan of hers and frankly, she doesn't get enough merchandise. But in all honesty, I don't want to, because there's just something SO off-putting about this doll

Speaking about anime and manga, it comes to my memory that Storm had the rights to make hokuto no Ken stuff, I wonder if the plans changed and they dropped the idea, that's about a year old and I've never read anything else about it.

That's kinda what I mean. Yes, they did announce having the rights to Hokuto no Ken, I believe they announced it in 2019. They showed a prototype, but they have released no product, and it's almost 2021. I mean, licenses don't last forever, nor are they dependent on how many products you release. You can have a license and have it expire before you do anything with it. Storm isn't a company that is financially struggling, but they're also not a company that's big enough that they can afford to just get a major license and do nothing with it. That's a waste of a LOT of money.

Storm announced the Darkstalkers license at the beginning of 2019 and we're just now getting our first figure of this HIGHLY requested toyline. Why they didn't start with Morrigan, the @##@@ mascot of the series, I'll never know, but Demitri is a strong start. He looks great. But still, I'm worried about some of Storm's decisions. If Demitri doesn't sell well, I'm worried they might just drop the license.

Storm Collectibles are expensive toys. These are not just things you can design and release on a whim. I know, they aren't as expensive as Hot Toys or Sideshow, but for figures that are basically in scale with say, NECA toys which retail for $30 and Storm figures are  almost THREE TIMES AS MUCH, they are not as easy of a sell.

I have NEVER heard of Kengan Ashura, and I am a pretty knowledgeable anime fan. It just seems like a poor license choice. Now I know, Storm Collectibles doesn't just make figures for Americans, but you'd have to be naive to not realize that they are aware the West is one of their biggest customers. I mean, their Mortal Kombat line is designed with Western customers in mind. It certainly isn't made with  Japanese or Chinese customers in mind, since the Mortal Kombat series is banned in both of those countries  for gratuitous violence.
