Now that you point it out, the broken cowl ear tip is all I can see on that 89 Bats. I still want that figure, just not, you know, a broken version. I feel like Mattel sat on some of these versions of characters that many of us wanted for years and just now when they lose the license, they're trying. I wanted another chance at a new version of collect and connect Bane as I never got the previous one but ah well. Maybe Todd will give us a big one that doesn't require buying the whole line.
  2. This is awesome! Participating in the forum discussions is a lot of fun. Collecting figures is such a fun hobby and also to talk about with others!

I too noticed a no show for 6" Ian Malcolm. Annoying, right up there with no Nightwing. Kind of like a shoulder shrug.

I do like the updated improvements to the BTAS figures. Getting better as it gets older, like a lot of us!

Same in OK, DC multiverse is almost nothing in the stores and I have only seen Kilmer Bats at GameStop. I want that Keaton Bats, Tim Drake Red Robin, Joker, and probably the Poison Ivy. But I also wonder if these will actually be released, or if they will be limited with some annoying hassle in which I decide it's not worth the trouble.

Very cool, makes a bit smaller scale figure look huge and dangerous.

I love that Dark Knight Returns armor animated style Bats! Even though it was not in the series, it will fit right in with my three pack Legends set with the Bruce Timm version of Miller. So awesome.
  8. Standard packaging, that's the way for me! Glad to have Obi-Wan and Maul coming at all!
  9. Cool, I can't get the celebration exclusive versions but getting these two in regular releases makes me happy.

I must obtain that Keaton Bats! I also like the 89 Batmobile near the bottom of those pics.

Man, that animated Azbats is a sure thing for me! Also the Scarecrow looks good.
  12. Play Arts Kai is also what I immediately thought of. I bought a few of those a couple years ago when I got back into collecting, but that was when they were under $100. This Bats does look cool I admit and I tend to like the slightly bigger scale but it's all wait and see with much of DC toys right now.
  13. I found the Archive series at Target and at one Walmart here in OK. They're slowly trickling out. I also want the Anakin later this year.
  14. Yeah I would have said neca as a first choice, but I actually really like this. I want a Todd designed Bats based on his art. Sounds good to me.
