  1. I didn’t know X-Plus was doing Dragon Ball figures/pieces... For what it is, it looks no less than phenomenal. I really have no use for a figure that big, as it were. And, at that price point, I couldn’t even consider it if I wanted to. But still, it’s pretty spectacular.
  2. Likeness is always one of the things I really look for, when looking at these... And I gotta say, this one is pretty stellar looking, based on these shots. Love the overall armor motif to him, too. Nicely done!
  3. The QC issues are a shame... And, while I don’t think these are horrendous figures, by any real stretch of the imagination, I don’t think they’re quite my cup of tea. I feel like Barbara should be maybe slightly smaller in build. She’s really rocking some Chun-Li level thighs, which feels a bit off, to me. And Joker would probably be perfect, were it not for that particular head sculpt. It’s not bad at all, it’s just not quite what I’d want for him. Great review though, as always!
  4. Yea, I think the costume is decent enough, too. Maybe the yellow on the chest emblem is a little too pronounced. And the reds should be a bit more muted. But, it evokes a classic Supergirl look, which would work for me, if that head was far less horrendous.
  5. This is neat... And the medallion is actually pretty cute, too. They totally should’ve had Yoda dressed to the nines as a Leprechaun!
  6. I really like this one... As I said over in the Photography section under it, it really captures the frenetic pace of all of these various Troopers prepping for action.
  7. A couple of the vloggers I follow over on Youtube, The Tim Tracker and Adam the Woo, respectively, continue to show updates from both Disneyland and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Galaxy’s Edge looks like it’s going to be friggin’ insane! In a good way, of course.
  8. I’ve only just recently become familiar with Star Ace’s products... They’re not bad. But, I gotta say, this piece’s head sculpt looks god awful. At least to me. It looks like a Madame Tussaud’s wax statue of Melissa Benoist that has been melting for the last couple hours.
  9. This is so friggin’ BADASS looking, man! Just incredible. ?
  10. Been a long time since I properly sat down to watch WWE, but I always thought Edge was one of the cooler dudes in the ring. Nice shots!
  11. Once again, such good use of lighting, to bring up the ambiance of the overall composition. I dig it.
  12. “There are many others like it, but this one is mine.” Nicely done. ?
  13. SO DOPE... I love Ash vs Evil Dead, and those figures — of which I only have the first wave Hero Ash — did so good on Bruce Campbell’s likeness. The lighting here is pitch perfect to really give the overall composition a genuinely spooky vibe!
  14. Almost feels like an alternate universe Matrix, where Sam L. as Morpheus is a little more hands-on with Neo, in his fight in the subway with Agent Smith. ?
  15. As a lover of both anime and mythology, you can color me fairly intrigued by this... It’ll be interesting to check it out, and see if it’s any good.
  16. Damn... Too bad I wouldn’t be able to go, even if this was going to take place somewhere nearby.
  17. Not much of a Power Rangers guy... But, I didn’t half wonder if this was going to be a crossover with TR0N, being that it says ‘Grid’ in the title, lol.
  18. Wow... Talk about interesting casting. Esai Morales has been around for a long time. Any time he crops up in something, it always makes me smile. Titans has been a real love/hate show for me. But, if they hold up to the standards they have throughout season one, you can bet Morales’ Deathstroke will be far better written than the Titans themselves!
  19. LOL, he’s actually pretty cute... I could see making an exception and picking him up, if I happened upon him on store shelves.
  20. Damn, I didn’t realize you meant the whole tv got fried. Sorry to hear that, man.
  21. These are all great, but I think my favorites are the first and third shots... I mad dig the frenetic vibe of the mid-action freeze frame of the first, and the close up badassery of the third. Nicely done, once again.
  22. I love the visual flair and color usage in the background, in these shots. It very much captures the framing of the main battle set piece in Justice League!
