  1. I agree that the exclusives are hard to get, but the line is almost like a 6" Hot Toys. I am seriously starting to thing quality over quantity. Sure you can by 4 marvel legends with that price. Two mezcos buys you an entire wave of ML, however do you really want or need hundreds of figures? I used to think that. Now due to mostly shelf space, I am starting to think that having better quality figures is more interesting that having lots of not so good ones. Sure of my beloved charatcers I will get as many versions as ´possible, but in some cases I only wnat one that really represents what that character means to me. The best example that I can give is Flash. One of my top five DC characters. But there are not so many good figures around. They either to small, too big, lack articulation and/or accessories. The only one that to me, a least, has the best of all worlds id the Mezco one. I waited more than an years to have a chance to get one. It was sold out everywhere or it was so so expensive that I almost quit. Last October I had my last chance with a local e-tailer. Sure it was not the original price, but it was cheaper than import one from the US. Now I have the only Flash figure I need. That Batman looks amazing yes, but I always knew that I could not get that one, so I pre-ordered the PX version. Close enough to what the ideal Comic Batman should be for me. I have others already, just bought the Ascending Knight and will keep buyin cool Batman figures. If you haven't guessed yet, he is my top DC character. Anyway, that is what I think.
  2. So the nominated item has to be released this year not counting announced pieces or itens athat are still slated to be released this year, Right?
  3. FASVB

    Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Wolverine

I understand and in that regard I can't wait what medicom will do about that because it's almost 100% that they will make a Wolverine.
  4. FASVB

    Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Wolverine

Great pics. I am also very much on the fence for this. The revo joints are too weird for me.
  5. I really hope that they manage to make Evander Holyfield and others. All the main boxers of our time.
  6. I remember watching a cartoon way way back. This character is very interesting. It's cool when Mezco goes outside the box and puts up some different properties. Imagine if the decide to make a realistic looking Tin Tin or Asterix and Obelix. Cartoon inspired and not the movies please. And also a Dylan Dog would be cool too. Some European characters are quite cool.
  7. The only figure that I am not very excited about is the Kid Flash since te Kid Flash I grew up with is the OG Ginger Wally. The KC Superman is nice I guess but Kyle Rayner and Batman Beyond are my favorites. After Hal he is my favorite Lantern and this costume is so iconic. Like you said the smaller wave is much more interesting. I hate when hasbro puts up like 6 our even 7 figures for the BAF to be complete. Of those at least two you don't want. That being very optimistic.
  8. One of the greatest cartoons in recent history. I am kinda sad to it going. Can't wait for this.
  9. The articulation will be pretty limited (basically a traffic cone) but I still want it.
  10. I am very very excited for this show to come back. And I hope Wally gets back
  11. Once again Mattel disappoints. They could at least give the figure a usable lasso. They are so far behind hasbro that the only way to get good DC figures at a decent price would be if Hasbro ended up buying mattel once and for all.
  12. I think this will be the chance to have a good Batman Beyond figure. However, No wings? Come on Mattel!
  13. The price will be pretty much regular for a Japanese figure. Around 60 bucks, maybe less it has to do with the license. That why marvel and DC figures have such high prices and DBZ cost less. If you are a fan you should pick it up. I have heard just today that Netflix wants to make a live action show of this anime. Keanu Reeves apparently said a while ago that would love to portray Spike.
  14. Agreed. For the Robocop figure is fair, but this one, no way.
  15. What pisses me off most about these is the US only. As if they don1t have international costumers. If your billing address doesn't match your credit card one doesn't really matter if you have some friend or address on the US to mail the figure. Doesn't go through. They really must improve their system And yes these out of the blue exclusives are only good to inflate the price. Remember the Tigerstripe Wolverine? 5 minutes later they were selling it ofr 500 bucks on ebay. The classic Punisher I will not even mention.
