  1. Um, dude its porn, if your kids are watching it, then you should be concerned. If they aren't then why the hell are you harping on it. Its not like you have to see it. I'm pretty sure even the PTA, religious groups, and such know that there's a difference. Otherwise they'd be banning live action movies and TV in the same way, after all, both are originated in California for the most part. @rolleye@
  2. Ah yes, the super constipation half hour has finally come to an end in the US (for like a week and then they'll start the reruns....) Good riddance.
  3. Isn't the figure he's talking about the Microman one? I mean those avtually look like Marvel Legends just much smaller. and I think they were in that Toyfare. Maybe I'm wrong.
  4. They are also available at one of the comic shops I go to. Its called Austin books or something similar to that.
  5. Now all we need is a official version of Deadpool who looks like that, and i can die happy.
  6. For the record I think its a little offensive also, It was still funny, but I'm not a big fan of people using derogatory racial terms in my humor. You can still be funny and use tact.
  7. Nice, makes me want to go play the lobby level of the Specialists mod. mmmmmmmm bullet time....
  8. I think the Costco set is exclusive to them, but if I recall correctly, There's going to be at least one other retailer getting a different "Battle-in a_Box" set. And also you might know Costco as Price Club.
  9. Hes the best version I have so I still use him in his normal role and identity.
  10. If ya go to some of the other forums, A Urban strike force has been confirmed to be in the Toys R' Us computers, along with an upcoming 6 pack for the joes known as the Anti Venom team or something along those lines.
  11. I'll probably pick up that Hiss also since I have never owned any of the Hiss tanks.
  12. not bad. I just can't get over how much the Coil Crusher fig next to him looks like Apocalypse from X men.
  13. nope it hasn't been scrapped, its just going to be redone to fix alot of the problems that people had assembling vehicles and such.
  14. THat's really good. I'm gonna have ta do that to my missle stornm and pop the crimson Sand Viper in there to fly it!
  15. well put. I just keep thinking that this AA stuff is for the best if the kids like it. I mean they are the real market for these toys and while I love it when Hasbro recognizes the collectors, which they do quite a bit, GI Joe wouldn't be going strong w/o kids liking it.
  16. The Action attack on this figure is not stretchy arms but the bendy arms you see in promo toys like the ones that came with Frosted Flakes(they're grrrreat! @hmmm@ ) for Toy story and such. Hopefully they'll bend better than the limbs on those things. All I can say is its alot better that for an action attack, he got just a different type of articulation instead of t-crotches and buttplugs (hehe I said butt @grumpy@ )
  17. I usually thought of it this way: Blue Shirts=main force vipers=assault troops Neo-Vipers=senior troops, one 4 person team per Viper/blueshirt platoon specialty vipers(Sand Vipers, HEAT Vipers, pilots etc.)=a step up from a viper, they specialize in one form of weapon or tactic. Elite Specialties(Snow Serpents, Alley Vipers, Sand Scorpions, etc.)=more elite units formed from the different specialty squads. Most of the input on the elite vs. non-elite specialties is based on what the the organisation thing in the back of the Cobra Battlefiles from Image at the begining of its GI Joe run says. Some of this has changed for me since the newer figs have been released, most of the time I count Venom Troops (yes I use them regularly @eyerise@) as a more elite unit formed from different specialty viper units. But this is all my opinion and doesn't mean anything definitively.
  18. Mostly Bullets. I only use lasers when that's what the wapon is designed to be and even then its just to "paint" a target for the the BIG bullets @firedevil@ .
