  3. OK, so here is a figure that will NEVER be made but is one of my all-time faves, so I made him myself. Recipe Base body: LCBH Wraal Head: TNA Sting Forearms and gloves: X-Men Classics Stealth Wolverine Boots: Face Off Red Skull Main gun: X-Men Classics Stealth Wolverine Belt Pouches: LCBH Star Holster and pistol: HML Bucky Cap Knife: X-Men Classics Ninja Strike Wolverine Barbed Wire: Unknown from fodder bin The rest is sculpting compound, sheet plastic, and chain link. After assembling the base figure I resculpted the jaw, glove cuffs, and sleeved arm with FixitSculpt. Then the zippers, legs and shoulder details. I added the metal skulls on his costume in ApoxieSculpt because it sands smoother and is my choice for for metallic surfaces. The hooded mask (riddled with bullet holes) was free sculpted, as was the hat. The hat's brim is sheet styrene and the rest of the hat itself is FixitSculpt (the bullets around the hat were part of Face Off Punisher's ribbed belt). It was important to me that the hat was removable since he appears so often with it off. I cut sheet styrene for the eagle shields on his hat and belt and the plain one around his neck. The spurs are also sheet styrene. The pants piping and lanyards are 1 mm leather cord for jewelry making. I modified the main gun and the knife & sheath to accurately reflect their look on the Issue #1 comic cover. He still retains full articulation, which is good because LCBH Wraal is a very poseable figure. Painting all that detail was a chore but worth the effort. After painting everything I added the metallic zipper pulls and chain work. The zipper pulls were a bit of a challenge since I could find none that were the correct diameter so I had to make the 5 mm ones a bit smaller (around 3 mm). All told, around 22 hours. He's one of my most prized and best-executed customs. I know we are limited to 5 photos, but in case anyone wants to see a pre-painted shot of the sculpted but unpainted WIP, here is a link: https://www.flickr.com/photos/139958107@N02/shares/P1mu9Y
