  1. How did you pull that one off? Searchin' for wrongly described ebay auctions? You're talkin' 'bout loose, of course. If you got MOC's that cheap, I'd be pullin' my hair out right now!!
  2. I've tried to get a vast expanse of RAH eras. I've got Accessory pack #1, a very close to mint punched Storm Shadow v1, Buzzer, Footloose, and an unpunched Chuckles, all MOC, but I would gladly trade them all AND my left foot for a complete Series 1 moc collection. Even with a dent in the cards here and there....Takers anyone??
  3. Now this Leatherneck is a rare instance when a VvV figure is vastly superior to a RAH version.
  4. Ah Gemco. I haven't heard that name in a long while. I got some of my figures from them when I was a kid. Before there was Target, there was Gemco. And Woolworth's and Clark's Drugs here in So-Cal. Don't forget when Sears and Mervyn's had bangin' Joe sections!!!!
  5. Lucky you not all of us are 20 thank GOD for Ebay! I wish I was 20. I have had these straight arms for over 20 years, but i was 11 yrs old in '82 when I started collecting G.I. joe Huh isn't that true. I was 3 when I got my first Breaker, So by the time time I was 11 or so I had damn near every joe up to and including the Terrordrome! Too bad most died of battle wounds and major vehicle/playset accidents
  6. Money! You're gonna end up with the premier joe moc collection. You need to put a website up with collection pics so I can drool like Homer Simpson and admire your collection. Hope I don't get into a bidding war with you! I'll lose for sure lol.

Got my ebay in the mail today....these figures are mint, I'm stoked....especially mainframe, his comm-link is in sweet shape SICKNESS!!!
  8. They probably will, logical next step, ya know?
  9. Awesome Auction, you got a great deal on those!!! Hopefully I'll stumble upon one of those in the near future, but that was probably a one in a million auction, right place right time kinda deal, with my luck.
  10. I missed what you wrote.....was it bad? haha Louis Yeah, kindasorta unecessary to your topic, ya know? Thank Allah for the edit option, save a flame war!!
  11. deleted by Marty, apologies to everyone

    Maybe I Can Help...

@notworthy@ @notworthy@ What a nice guy!! Stop helpin' scalpers and take him up on his generous offer, tni-er's!!!
  15. That's awesome!!!!!:o The straight arms I had were completely destroyed through the years. Now the earliest Joe I have kept from childhoos was the Falcon Glider Grunt and a straight arm stalker that are completely in pieces, missing a arm here, a head or thigh there, oh well they were well- loved and went on many special missions with the newer joes until they sacrificed themselves for the greater good. (or bad @sad@ @sad@ )
  16. That's very true. But I would like both versions, eventually. One for "extreme poses" and the other for museum quality display. Thanks for the kind words! #US1#
  17. So far I've got Short-Fuze, Scarlett, and Rock and Roll complete. Any one actually own the entire series? If so how much did it set you back? (Of course I mean loose, not MOC, I wish I meant MOC.) I'm looking for a complete straight arm Breaker with decent paint, he was my first joe, strong memories, and I haven't found one that meets my criteria, if you know of one, please let me know, thanks.
  18. Very true, although the first few years of both toy lines actually were the best (altough the armada and energon are a close second). That's not based on demographics, just truth. You can't honestly tell me that a toxo or techno viper were superior to a BAT v1, snow serpent v1 or a crimson guard.
  19. I hope your mom feels better soon. Depression is a major pain. @bestwishes@ @bestwishes@
  20. Yes those are all great figures, Budo, Storm Shadow v2, Stalker v2 etc. But almost EVERY character from the 83-86 lines was great, whereas the 87-91 just a handful were great the line experienced a steady decline until the cancellation.
  21. Mech Armor has been in the joe line since the original S.N.A.K.E. suit in 1983. It's a great evolution in the joe line and one of the highlights in the last 15 years
  22. nice work. Thanks! Yeah, I'm impressed. We have an artist among our ranks. I like the anime-style Scarlett, lookin' good!! #US1#
  23. A six pack featuring 5 classic joes repainted, and one action man in a bright orange vest. It would be wise to pass this one up and go staight for the infantry packs, fellas
  24. Whatta nice guy...That's the way to do it....lend each other a helping hand. KamenDreda goes above and beyond his call of duty, and for that he should be commended!!! @peace@ @usa@ ##1# @notworthy@
