  1. Here is my Mii number feel free to add me. 7384 3001 4083 0648
  2. Nice collection there Xhairs, I now know where all the McKinley prkwy TRU joe's ended up. MOC figures make real nice wallpaper.
  3. If the "chrome" parts of her are that faded the white parts should show some fading/yellowing too. The white is just way to bright. If you look at the thumb on the left hand you can see a paint chip. Under the white it is the same beige color that a SA Scarlett hands are. Also if you look at the left leg where the lower leg is inside the thigh, It looks like a bit of white showing through the crack. On a real Glenda that part would be blue. Another thing is does it have a hasbro stamp anywhere on it?
  4. no, they aren't. and the 1 exclusive Transformer available at KB was one that TRU rejected after poor sales of the line and Hasbro pawned off onto KB. Yes, actually they are. TRU was purchased by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, Bain Capital Partners, and Vornado Realty Trust. Bain Capital ownes KB Toys, they purchased them in 2000. I didn't start seeing the TRU reissues in KB until after it was bought out. Maybe Hasbro pawned them off on KB, But I doubt that.
  5. They could show up at KB toys. They are both owned by the same company now. I know the last time I was at a KB they had the "TRU exclusive" reissue Transformers for sale.

How did I forget about the golden books? A couple of others that were borderline toys Bikes, BB Guns, Slip And Slide, and Radio Flyer Wagons. They were fun but if you can't play with them indoors are they really a toy?

I was pretty disappointed with the countdown in general. I think they should have just lumped board games in one category like they did remote control cars. Instead they took up 18 slots in the top 100. 95. Chutes & Ladders 55. Mouse Trap 91. Uno 49. Clue 86. Ouija Boards 46. Hungry Hungry Hippos 83. Memory 34. Connect Four 79. Trivial Pursuit 31. Twister 70. Candy Land 30. Battleship 66. Risk 18. Scrabble 62. Life 17. Rock'em Sock'em 61. Operation 6. Monopoly Also since when did Stickers (#77), Madlibs (#58), Crayons (#28), and Snoopy Sno Cone Machine (#13) become toys? At least it was entertaining to watch.
  8. Found some more pics to share. I know this isn't Joe related, But it's still pretty cool to have.
  9. Pictures are always fun. Here is the most recent one I have. I'll have to get out the camera and take some more now.
  10. It's funny how no one brings up the lawsuits against TRU for using it's "power" to force toy manufactures to restrict sales of toys to other companies. Now this all happened when TRU was the number one toy seller in the US. You can love or hate Walmart, But TRU did the same thing everyone is upset about Walmart doing. Toys 'R' Us Will Pay over $40 Million in Cash and Toys to Settle States' Antitrust Lawsuit Miller: In Iowa, tens of thousands of toys will go to Toys for Tots for the next three holiday seasons. DES MOINES. Attorney General Tom Miller said Tuesday that Toys 'R' Us, the nation's largest toy retailer, has agreed to settle a lawsuit by Iowa and 43 other states alleging that Toys 'R' Us used its substantial market power to illegally pressure four toy manufacturing companies to restrict sales and supply of their most popular product lines to other retailers, especially warehouse clubs. "Toys 'R' Us will make it right by paying $40.5 million in cash and toys -- including almost $400,000 in cash and toys for Iowa," Miller said. "Tens of thousands of toys will go to the Toys for Tots program in Iowa for the next three holiday seasons." Also as a result of the suit, Mattel will pay $8.2 million in cash and toys and Little Tikes Company will pay $1.3 million in cash and toys. In Iowa, the total benefit in cash and toys from the three defendants settling today is expected to exceed $450,000. Another toy maker, Hasbro Inc., settled its portion of the suit in December for about $6 million -- including 4,700 new toys distributed in Iowa. The toy manufacturers were alleged to have also participated in the violations. Miller said the multi-state lawsuit, which was settled today in federal court in Brooklyn New York, alleged that Toys 'R' Us had sought to limit the competitive threat posed by low-margin, low-price warehouse clubs, such as Sam's Club. The suit alleged that Toys 'R' Us -- which sells billions of dollars of toys every year and has about ten stores in Iowa -- used its market power to make illegal agreements with the toy manufacturers. The suit alleged that the illegal agreement intended to ensure that warehouse clubs could only obtain popular toys in "combination packs" -- which cost consumers more and whose prices could not be compared easily with items sold by Toys 'R' Us. "We argued that hurt competition in two ways," Miller said. "Toys available to the clubs were more expensive, and consumers found it hard to compare prices between the clubs and Toys 'R' Us. Consumers depend on competition and good information," Miller said. The companies did not admit any wrongdoing. The complaint alleged Toys 'R' Us pressured toy suppliers not to sell the clubs individual toys that were sold to Toys 'R' Us. It said Toys 'R' Us "policed the manufacturers' sales, and when necessary enforced its policy by taking product off its shelves or not buying product that manufacturers had sold to clubs." "This settlement is good for all toy buyers, because it protects healthy competition and choice," Miller said, "and it's good because it will get thousands of new toys to needy children and projects like the Marines' Toys for Tots program."
  11. I ordered 5, On Monday 3 came yesterday I got 1 and today 4 more were delivered. So I'm 8 for the 5 I sent away for.
  12. You would have six apples.
  13. I have the Cobra De Aco filecard It wasn't to hard to find. As for US filecards You can add Buzzer's filecard/s to the list there are 3 printed versions, add then some have a sticker over them to change the text. Major Bludd also has 2 versions of the poem written on his filecard, I'm not sure which is harder to find.
