  1. The more I see of the first wave of Hasbro figures, the more I agree with those on the boards claiming the glory days of Marvel figures are over. The Hasbro stuff is horrible, IMO. Ah, well, I'll have more money for comics...
  2. Jeez, am I the only one that thinks the Psylocke fig is a horrible waste of plastic?
  3. Good day today. I found a Blue Angel, X-Men Colossus, Iceman, and Ultimate Sabertooth. The only one I really want is the Colossus, so if anyone needs any of the three, I'll be happy to trade 'em.
  4. Rocket Raccoon Slapstick Pip the Troll Winky Man Master of Quack-Fu Iron Duck (see where I'm going with this?) Angel Love Street Poet Ray @loll@
  5. Join the club. I have NEVER seen any of the ML Giant Man series for sale in my area. I couldn't care less about the BAF. All I want is a Thor. @grumpy@ <------------- chooses to ignore synch.
  6. Didn't consider getting into the series until ML10. Now, I'm kicking myself.
  7. What are my chances of seeing the Galactus series again? Probably not so good. @grumpy@
  8. Jeez, the Celestials alone could keep them busy for years.
  9. I don't like a single figure in this set. I'll buy 'em all, anyway, just to build the Mojo.
  10. That's exactly how I feel. I give the crappy figures (like X-23, Lady Deathstrike, etc.) to my girls. They love 'em. On a side note, is there a ML BAF trade section of the TNI board? I need a few pieces of Galactus and I'll be damned if I can find the Astonishing Wolverine to finish my Apocalypse.
  11. They went a little nuts with the variants, no? I want the Modok, so I'll eventually buy them all, but the cosmic characters are the ones in which I'm most interested. Mar-Vell, Genis, Destroyer, and Beta Ray Bill all look really sharp. Could not care less about Wasp or her variants.
  12. Haven't liked what I've seen and read about the film, so far. I'm pretty certain I won't bother seeing it.
  13. Doctor Strange. Still think it's one of the best.

    Matrix

Yeah, but $134?!? Sure, it's nice, but think of all the Marvel Legends you could buy for that. Holy crap, synch! I just noticed you have 29K posts! Daaaamn...
  15. I'm sure the story has been discussed in a lot of places across the 'net. Just because these things exist doesn't mean that they've been read by everyone. I like to enjoy my comics and go out of my way to avoid spoilers. When I encounter one, without warning of any kind (there is neither a spoiler warning on the title of this thread nor is there one in the offending post), it tends to tick me off. Now, I've got six issues of Daredevil I'll never fully appreciate because someone -- who doesn't even read the damn book in the first place -- didn't have the common sense to think about others before clicking on the Add Reply button. Whatever. I'll stick to the toy-related threads from now on.

    hmmm

Man, that sucks, synch. I didn't have a problem fitting the parts together. My beef with the thing is that it won't stand up, no matter what I do. I "lock" the knee coverings and the thing still buckles under its own weight. It's no Sentinel, I can tell you.
  17. ... so I thought I'd spoil the big reveal in a public forum. Brilliant. Keep up the good work.
  18. Only half? @firedevil@ Hey, synchy. I agree, those are some schweet customs. That Gladiator rocks. Props to pweagle.
  19. Nothing in NE PA, yet. That Flacon is sweet. Cage seems a bit...dark. Buying 'em all just to get the Mojo.
  20. Sounds like an excellent idea. I'm in. You can always count on SS49 to come up with the good stuff.
  21. The door stickers on my reissue Red Alert simply will not stick. I've tried everything short of super glue and the darn things will not stay down.
  22. What kind of deal did you cook up with the Devil to land the new figs so quickly, SS49? Your luck is freakin' uncanny, lately.
