  1. They need to do a better job making their titles better, not add more. X Division tag team titles would be a waste. Besides, some of the best TNA tag teams of all-time (AJ & Daniels, Triple X, etc.) were X division stars.
  2. I got it on Wednesday. Probably one of the best WWE DVDs to come along. It's funny how two of the most popular ladder matches (Shawn/Razor at WM 10 and the Dudleys/Hardys/E&C at WM 2000) aren't even included on the DVD. But yet, the rest of the matches are amazing. Funny too how Edge is featured in NINE of the matches on this DVD, while Christian and Jeff Hardy are featured in eight of the matches. Those guys really are the innovators of the ladder match. BTW, would a mod be able to transfer this thread to the pinned DVD thread soon? I hate losing all these DVD discussions when we can just have everything in one thread.
  3. Ariel doesn't have the "WWE Diva look"? Well no kidding! That's what makes her so good. She's unique than the other preppy chics on the roster. She was THE only one who didn't "blend in". This is a stupid firing, but no one is gonna care in a few weeks.
  4. lol, the lottery is always entertaining.
  5. Eh, I don't know what could be worse. A Cena/Khali rematch or a Cena/Snitsky feud.
  6. I don't care for the NBA right now, and if its Spurs vs Pistons, then I won't care even more/
  7. Not sure if I can keep this up, but I'll throw one in here. 8. If no one has seen it, I added an All-Time section to the front page of the ADC/TNI Fantasy Baseball page. When you click it, it'll show the top three finishers in that year. Plus, you can view the rosters and archives and stuff. It's good stuff.
  9. Does WWE really need three sets of tag team titles?
  10. This seems to be a problem with adding all the major stars on all the PPVs. WWE is beefing up the PPV with name recognitions, but they seem to be down-grading good rivalries. Cena vs. Snitsky for the title would NEVER be considered for a PPV if this new business plan wasn't in effect.
  11. Yeah, there's no reason for them to feud to start off. That makes zero sense when they debut as a tandem and shock the living you-know-what out of everyone. But with seen with Angle, it doesn't seem to matter who shows up in TNA anymore since they can't draw ratings against the WWE juggernaut.
  12. Yeah, Raiders had a great draft other than their return on Moss. A 4th round pick for one of the games best wide receivers is pretty sad, especially considering Welker was exchanged for more value. They'll need patience with Russell though. Browns are banking themselves with this draft. Joe Thomas is amazing as an o-linemen, so with him going #3 is solid. They give up next year's 1st round pick to grab Quinn at #22. Browns are gonna need to do well this year for that trade to work. If not, the coach and GM will probably get canned. Not sure about too much else. My Packers had a pretty uneventful draft, especially considering they couldn't get Moss. But whatever, he was gonna present too many problems anyway.
  13. Sorry guys that I haven't been able to keep up with the Break Downs this year. Been a bit more busy than I was expecting to keep the recaps going.
  14. I finally viewed the Four Horsemen DVD. For NWA, Flair, and Horsemen fans, this is an absolute must-see. Personally, the DVD was good, but there were some parts that had me scratching my head. For instance, the DVD starts off looking at Arn. Felt like an odd intro for the DVD. Plus, they include a War Games match on there...but it's the Horsemen vs. Superpowers & Road Warriors one that everyone most likely wanted to see. Also, I was kinda shocked how they basically showed the destruction of the Horsemen after the '89 NWA days. Heck, they even talked about Jeff Jarrett's miserable Horsemen stint. But whatever, I'm just nit-picking. It's a great DVD with lots of great matches and lots of great interviews.
  15. I still think putting all three World champions on the same card is just going to hurt the product in the long-run. For example, what does this do to all the secondary titles (like the IC and US titles)? Those titles aren't going to mean a thing now on PPV. Anyway, Vince & Shane McMahon competing for the ECW title is a plain joke. Sorry to be so pessimistic, but I just don't like it that much.
  16. I don't know why Hogan thinks he has to be better than the WWE. Regardless, WWE doesn't have a very good reputation among its former employees.
  17. Eh, it's an alright main event. Haven't seen a fatal-four-way World title match for RAW in awhile.
  18. Punk's "depush" never made sense to me. He's basically the only future face of ECW at the moment.
  19. I can't believe they'd get rid of Carlito.
