Might wanna double-check your Rumbles and Frenzies. I got my MP Soundwave on Thursday but I just noticed that my Rumble has 2 right hands. Not that big a deal, but still hard to get off my head now that I'm aware of it.

Wave 3 Iron Man $5.54 He was actually $4.89 a few hours ago, but as an add-on item, so the one above is actually a better deal. I just received mine from ordering some days earlier. Overall rather nice figure, but did anyone else have the ankle ball joints stuck together by the paint?

Looking for some flight/action stands to use on my Marvel figures (well, my 6 inch figures in general). Has anyone tried using these or know if they work with Marvel or other 6 inch figures? Any other suggestions for display stands also welcome. Tamashii stage act 4 Tamashii stage act 5

TOYSRUS Hires 45,000 Employees...
Gundam Prime replied to Nguyen_Dragon's topic in General Discussion
I first worked there for I think the 2003 holiday season as a cashier. They let me go after, but a couple years later they hired me again for the holiday season but this time kept me afterward and had me running the electronics/video games section. I stayed there for a few years before moving on to a better job. Most of the people I worked with were fun to be around so it wasn't such a bad experience for me. Probably the only annoying thing is that they always push us to sell those warranties and railed us if we didn't sell enough. -
Wow... ...just read the post regarding youtube videos, hope it's ok to post this.
-
Oops, my mistake. I probably should've put this on the video game thread.

Any thoughts on the demo? So far I'm enjoying it, especially multiplayer, but does anyone else think the graphics seem slightly grainy and pixelated, or is it because I'm just coming out of playing Mass Effect 3?

I'm actually curious about what will happen to the toys too. I already spotted the singles, hiss tanks, and 3-packs at my local TRU. I wonder if they'll keep receiving more stock or if it will just get delayed until next year. Also makes me wonder if they'll go through with the comic-con exclusives. Oh and it's also kind of a surprise that this movie wasn't made in 3D to begin with. -
Haven't been there again, but according to a friend there's another message like that in the Marvel Universe section now :-P I'm all for these messages, but I feel kinda bad for this particular Toy's R Us. They're a relatively better seller than the others in my area, so if pegs are empty it's usually because they haven't gotten any new shipments in and not because of lazy restocking.

Apparently shawarma sales have gone up since the release of the movie... http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/08/avengers-shawarma-scene-i_n_1500762.html ...just saw it again over the weekend and it got me thinking, if Thanos is going to be the main villain in the Avengers sequel they should at least slowly introduce him or go into his background a little in the next upcoming Marvel movies since most of the audience I was with was like "who?" when that scene showed up. I also noticed at certain points Hulk seemed to have this ape-like posture. It's ultimately not that big of a deal, but it was bugging me for some reason. Oh and this time around, the audience was smaller so I actually heard Hulk say "puny god" after shutting up Loki :-P

Which one of you put this on the peg of my local toys r us?...

Saw the movie last night, loved it, especially all the funny moments. They were short and quick, but so hilarious: - Rogers giving Fury $10 - The agent playing Space Invaders - Stark mocking how Thor speaks at the forest - Hulk sucker-punching Thor - Hulk tossing Loki around (everyone was LOL so much I didn't hear what Hulk muttered at the end of that scene) I never liked Cap's outfit when I first saw it, but the explanation they gave (fanboy Phil having input, needing something old-fashioned) made me more accepting of it's look. I may have missed it, but did they explain how Thor managed to get back to Earth?
