  1. This is by far my favorite "modern" Snake-Eyes made. I went a little bit further and cut off the pouch from he side of his belt and attached a holster so he can store his pistol. I plan on painting mine to give him some subtle shading to give him some variation. This is serious one of the best G.I. Joes I have ever bought, and even at full price the set is well worth it.

  2. The only reason I even thought about getting this set was that from the earlier, smaller pictures it looked like to me that SE was wearing "Tiger Force" yellow and black pants. Since I have a hard-on for most things Tiger Force, it was a no brainer to get the set. Now seeing this picture, I'm going to pass on these guys.

  3. I think that if the Arashikage cycle deluxe Snake-eyes had black pants, it would be the most iconic version yet. The sculpt really portrays him as a ninja commando, and not one or the other. That figure really reminds me of the Sideshow 12" version. I'm planning on getting another one to paint black (since the urban camo really works on this guy too!) and scalp a sword sheath from another version to finally have the perfect Snake-eyes.

  4. I only own the ROC Exclusive version and I absolutely love that figure! He just seems so much more equipped than all the "sweater" versions of the character. I love all the extra armor, the shoulder and knee pads, the harnesses, and the boot gators. This one just screams "saboteur" and "don't f- with me" much more so that the more classic versions.

  5. I really like the Batman. However I do wish he came with a cloth cape. I just think he could have more dynamic poses by not having a molded static cape. What I did with mine to give it a little something extra was that I put a coat of gloss clear over the Bat-symbol, now it really stands out and gives the figure a awesome look.

  6. I'm going to buy it. I haven't been too impressed with the Hulk movie toys so far. I already have ML1 Hulk (variant) as my "Lou Ferrigno" Hulk in my movie display. I like the size and the heft to the figure and it would go great in the movie display. I think this guy is full of win and I will be picking him up.

  7. air bottles are good for big things but for figures all you need are a cleanex or a feather duster ... Personally though I would just shell out for some nice display cases with glass doors to cut back on the dust... I buy birch ikea billy cases & you can get doors with them as well that cuts back big time! The only problem with them is the price $100 for hte book case and about $70 or so per door thats @can@ price though no idea what they are @usa@ could be slightly cheaper but not much ...

You have a link for these synch? Sounds really interesting. I've been looking for something that matches that description.

  8. I feel the same way. I bought the Battle Damaged Vader because he looked awesome and now I'd like to get the best versions of some core characters and arrange a display, with each movie on a separate shelf. Plus I want to grab all of the concept figures because they are so unique and well done. I've been looking at rebelscum's photo archive and determining which figures I want to get so when I get some money from my new job I can make it happen.

  9. I've never been a huge Hulk fan but I really like that Target Exclusive. It looks like the TB ML 1 Body with a new movie head. This means that this guy is going to have some heft to him. I'm excited.
