  1. Went to Target. They had 3 inch modern Tails/Sonic, and the 5 inch modern and classic Sonic. However, I only plan on buying classic 3 inch sonic, so that was a pointless run. Also, to anyone who cares, the new 4 inch assassin's creed figures are out -- they don't look very good, though...

  3. Oh boy, people on /toy/ mocking people in the forum: http://boards.4chan.org/toy/res/2458941#2462795 What a bunch of @##@@ pricks.
  4. Sorry about your cat, Alex. Just read the post. It's hard getting over losses like this -- in 4 days, it will have been a year since my cat died of cancer.
  5. I honestly think the 3 inch version looks better than the 5 inch. Which is why I'm going to buy the 3 inch, and wait for the Nendoroid to come out.
  6. Honestly, being that the proportions are off on purpose, and the figure, itself, will be much better than the one Jazwares is going to be selling, I don't have a doubt in my mind that I'm going to simply pass the Jazwares one, and pick the Nendo up instead.
  7. Wonderfest news: Nendoroid Sonic!
  8. Made a simple Deku Baba to go with it:
  9. The face was done a while ago, but I never really started moving on the project until.. maybe a month ago. But, breaks aside, I started in January.
  10. Posting this, because I know that some people liked the old one:
  11. Fair enough, I just see adding the knee joint as being more beneficial than it being absent.
  12. Exactly. If you're not going to articulate it well enough, why articulate it at all? It's a stupid move on their part, and giving them sympathetic feedback won't help.
  13. Well, Littlecomet2, I think it was already established with the prototype images that he had hip joints. Also, in my opinion, if you're going to make something articulated, you make it articulated ENOUGH. Either you make it an action figure, or a statue -- not something inbetween.
  14. The only reason why people dislike the 3 inch figures for being "too" articulated, is because of how bad the quality control is for the joints on jazwares figures. If the plastic was strong enough to hold the figure up without basic plastic warping, then I think we would all enjoy the posability that the 3 inch figures have to offer.
  15. I'm actually arguing with someone about whether or not the thing actually HAS knee joints... someone, please, just clarify this for the kid. It doesn't seem to be getting through his thick skull.
  16. Ew, that sounds absolutely terrible. The original wasn't that much better, but it was, without a doubt, better. I haven't found any music from Sonic Generations that I'm willing to listen to quite yet, and, judging by what I've heard so far, I don't think there will be.
  17. Well, thankfully, the 10 inch figure has knee joints. And, judging by the fact that this one has a bicep swivel, I wouldn't doubt that the 10 inch one will have one, too.
  18. I don't want to nitpick here, but you telling me my attitude stinks when you, again, attacked my opinion(which simply stated that I was probably going to pass on it), seems relatively backwards. You're VERY intelligent, and I've never seen you as a threat, but when you personally attack me, I'm going to protest. Sorry if I offended you in any format, but I would appreciate if you didn't demote one's opinion for what you see as being superior.
  19. I've given a LOT of positive feedback for the figures. I may have started arguments here, but, just a heads up, I simply stated that I was dissapointed in the product, you, in turn, attacked my view on it. Don't avoid the fact that I just destroyed the argument you had of him not having knees, and nitpick through what I've said in the past.
  20. They're short and stubby, this doesn't imply that he lacks, or SHOULD lack, knee joints.
  21. Well, my problem is, they finally added a bicep swivel, and then they don't include knees? Come on, jazwares, raise the bar... don't even it out.
  22. Sorry, I'm one for articulation. If the proportioning is slightly wonky, I'm okay with that. If it lacks articulation to a severe extent, I won't buy it. I'm fine with my newly poseable 3 inch current sonic. I don't mind classic sonic, but it's not something I was dying for. Unless we get a sonic DIRECTLY based off of the sonic CD design, I don't really care.
  23. That's odd. Just yesterday, I cut into the upper limbs for both the upper arms/legs on my 3 inch figure, and gave them swivels at the edges of the knees/elbows. And, just as I did, they gave the classic sonic's elbows a swivel on top, so he can pull off more poses. However, being 5 inches, I'm dissapointed in the lack of knees. I'll probably be passing on it.
  24. To any Megaman fans, D-Arts X was released: http://www.amiami.jp/shop/?set=english&vgForm=ProductInfo&sku=FIG-IPN-1636&template=default/product/e_display.html Also, is there any news on Sonic figures? I haven't been keeping track, so I'm completely unaware.
