Yea I went to about 5 different Targets trying to find Ares and Batman Beyond so I can finally finish my Despero but all I would find are wave two figures or an abundance of Captain Atom. Then decided to try my luck at Wal-Mart and they had Wave *groan* 1 still... MILFS lol I love that about Target! I think that was the main reason I found it so hard to quit working there besides getting first dibs on figures...

Hey thanks a lot I did the nail polish trick but instead of putting it on the peg of the launchers as the launchers fit fine on the wings I put it on the peg hole in the arm and issue resolved. Thanks for the Advice!

Yup put my pre-order in for it the other day. And I don't care what people say, Prime needs his trailer. -
I for one am looking forward to these figures. I am also greatly anticipating the Blackest Night Storyline.

Well I'm not sure how it is that he died. I heard the drugs rumor but this about him having cancer is something new, though it might have some light to why he was taken off Transformers and GI Joe. After watching Season 3 of Transformers these last few days and watching episodes such as Starscream's Ghost, Ghost in the Machine, and Only Human. I was noticing that his voice was more raspy then usual as if he was having some kind of throat problem. So I do believe that he may have had the throat cancer. How he died though maybe it was the drugs or maybe it was the cancer. I wish there could be some light shed on that. I did this pull this out of Wikipedia, do not know how accurate this is: Christopher Collins died on June 12, 1994, his cause of death officially recorded as a cerebral hemorrhage following a long illness. Although his contemporaries have spoken fondly of Latta, some have made cryptically suggestive comments on the nature of his death, including Peter Cullen (who remarked that he was a victim of Hollywood's tendency to "devour its young"[1]), Susan Blu (who said that Latta was "a sweet guy who had his demons"[2]), and Flint Dille (who noted on the commentary track for the 20th anniversary DVD release of The Transformers: The Movie that he and other members of the production staff had to bail Latta out of jail on several occasions, and that they "never really found out" how he died). The Cerebral Hemorrhage could be caused by a drug overdose and the long illness could be the throat cancer. So though he had the throat cancer it may have been the drugs that did him in, in the end.

Does anyone here still Watch G1 Episodes
davidthecharmruffin replied to catter's topic in Transformers
Can't remember the name of the episode, but it was definitely Season 3. The episode is The Burden Hardest to Bear Actually the episode is The Ultimate Weapon. The one your talking about the Burden Hardest to Bear; Rodimus is going through the same thing questioning himself and losing the Matrix. After he loses it, Scourge winds up with it and takes over the Decepticons. -
Hey I recently got the Henkai version of Thundercracker, but mine seems to have a problem with the peg fittings for his arms. On mine when you fit his weapons to his arms they keep falling out and do not stay in. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know what I could do to fix it?

Sucks for vintage MISB collectors...
davidthecharmruffin replied to Nguyen_Dragon's topic in Transformers
This is completely stupid IMO. I understand retailers having to do this, but I hope it does not come down to private sellers, who sell through themselves or places like Ebay. First off anyone buying a Vintage figure is more then likely a Collector not a kid who is going to be eating paint off the figure. Second we have gone through years and years of toys with lead paint and I have never heard and stories saying; "We're sorry to report that little Johnny Mable has passed away. Doctor's say that little Johnny suffered from lead poisoning from chewing on his Optimus Prime figure. They are just getting to controling now a days. -
More interesting? I'm commenting on what you guys are saying lol. Yea its been raining non stop over here as well. Perfect its starts raining the day after I lose my umbrella...

OMG!!!! I hate those people who ask if your closed!!! Ummm hmmm lets see lady the lights are off the gate is down on the front doors, Yup we're open... idiot! lol. Man I remember when I was working at Target when I was a cashier. I was getting ready to go home and counting the money at the register with the light shut off when this lady comes by and starts placing things on the belt. I politley go and tell her; "I'm sorry ma'am this register is actually closed, if you like you can go to any registers with the light on and they may assist you." Well she looks at me and says; "oh that's ok." and continues placing thing on the belt and walks up to the front of the register. I finish closing the register and walk away. When I'm about four registers away I turn around and see her staring at me with the most puzzling look ever. I'm so glad I'm not working at Target no more but trust me no matter where you work at there is always going to be idiots. Hey there is nothing wrong with living down here in Sunny Florida #US1#

Yes it does and it wasn't helping that it was a slow day and the people that did call had no brains... ugh @pow@ Glad to hear that you're coming back home redrum! #US1#
