Perhaps their using current continuity last I remember Kyle Rayner's ring doesn't have an impurity to yellow so just maybe they were mixing in a little bit of comic continuity with the series. Now to my opinion of the episode... HATED IT!!!! Eclipso is one of my favorite villains but this episode really didn't agree with me. I mean first of why didn't any of the characters' faces become eclipsed when they were possessed? And the only appearance that Eclipso made was in the form of an army general wearing makeup that was just an insult to Eclipso. So pretty much I was P.O. at this episode.
