  1. I don't think it was region thing, but a money thing. Transfromers were more expensive then Joes and MOTU, so those lines where easier for Mom and Dad to buy for a child on their weekly trip to the store. Which meant more kids had them and had more of them. I know i had almost every MOTU figures made when I was a kid and had a lot of Joes, but very few Transformers.
  2. I voted Yes. But only if they fixed them. Some of them need tweaks, while others where so half assed that they weren't even close to the orginal figure (I'm looking at you Steeler) so some need to be done over. I mean I could do without a Flash or SE (and maybe Zap have to see him with his gear first), but most of the figures they gave us need at least one fix, most need more then that. If they just slapped the same Duke Armed figures that they have been giving us in a box it would be a major pass for me.
  3. Whose isn't? No offense. I just want a crack at the guys that are "supposed to be" out right now. I think we are lucky there aren't a lot of army builders in the last few waves. Well maybe (Cobra Diver, Python Guardsman, Ninja Viper, red symbol Trooper, Resolute Trooper). Same here. I mean I'd just like to get the last few figures I am looking for. Wave 11 and 13 came and went quick. I was lucky and got at least one of each figure from those waves that I wanted, but I'd like to get some more EELs. Wave 12 and the Ghost Hawk and Sting Raider I've never seen at all. And this isn't from some glut of product at my local stores either. They barely have enough product to keep up a display. 3-4 figures for 3 pegs and maybe 1-2 vehicles at a location. In fact the same sole Hiss Tank has been all that's been at my local Target for the last 2 months.
  4. Wishes are coming true? *Wishes they'd make a Steeler that even remotely looks like the orginal.*
  5. I don't mind them making other figures from other Eras as long as I keep getting at least a few Classic ARAH guys every once in awhile... Actually at this point...I'm more hard up for Classic ARAH Vehicles then figures as there are only a handful left I'd like to see.
  6. My local Wal-Mart NEVER carried the vehicles, and niether did any Wal_mart within a 30 mile radius of me. All the vehicles I got, I got from Target.
  7. I saw these at the local Dollar General for 3 bucks each the other night.
  8. I hope they do an Updated head when they get to Cliffjumper.

I'm with him. The Seekers are far too small as is.....just like Sideswipe and Sunstreaker are far too big.
  10. Eh....I like that they come with a figure. My only compliant is that I wish they'd have a different size class for the Smaller vehicles like the Ram and Trouble Bubble, like they did in JVC/ST/3V then pack them in two-packs together.
  11. Ninja Viper: Going to pass..never liked the vintage figure and don't want to build up too many ninjas. But I do appericate the fact that they spared us yet another SS. Cobra Trooper: If it had a black mask I would have bought 11.....since it is red I'll be buying none. Don't know why Hasbro insists on releaseing every figure from the 5-Pack but the one people actually want on a single card. Phython Guard: Going to pick it up to add to the rest of my PP figures. Ripper: I was going to get this one, but changed my mind about him. It's the gloves. If he had bare hands I would have got him. Tripwire: Just getting him for the Element. Already have the comic pack one. Cobra Diver: Again...just for the element. If anyone is going to army build this guy I'll have him up for trade as soon as I get him. Looking for a Major Bludd from the Desert set....should have a lot of other Army builders I can part with by then as well...so I'd be willing to trade more then one for that figure.
  12. Ok Thanks. Was just worried that after I almost missed the battle damage panels for the Rattler that the Stands where stuck some strange place as well.
  13. I just got the Conquest and Rattler the other night and I didn't find any stands inside for the figures. So wanted to make sure they didn't come with any before I tossed the boxes.
  14. I'm pretty much buying this set for the Mobat, HISS, and Short Fuze....even though I think that doesn't look enough like Short Fuze with no backpack or visor, or correct Web-gear. And even though Steeler is better it's still a big miss. Come on Hasbro you have the parts to make him...USE THEM.
  15. I really didn't have much trouble with mine, except for the instructions telling me to put stickers where there were large bumps or such on the Rattler. and just a question. Did Slipstream and Wild Weseal come with stands? Cause I looked all through the packageing and found none.
  16. If they never intended to have the word actually appear....why did they print it and then cover it up? Why not just print the black box it's self in place of the word? Sounds fishy to me.
  17. Just go up and ask which toys they have. That's the easiest way. I did it today but I only wanted the Joker Copter and Joker as I only collect Joker items. I got the Copter, but not the man himself.
  18. I'd rather them go this route then releasing a different colored shirt Duke every other Tuesday....problem is they are doing both. And I still can't believe they won't release the 5-Pack Cobra Trooper straight up the same as he was in that pack. I really would like to hear the reasons for that considering "To keep the 5-Pack figures unique." has been a moot poinbt for some time now.
  19. All new according to the last round of Hasbro Q&As.
  20. Why not? They made new molds for the Sky Hawk, The Claw, and the Water Moccasin.
  21. If Hasbro MUST reuse parts, I wish they'd be more creative. I agree. I mean they've shown they can do it. Guys like HISS Driver, Tripwire, and Wild Weasel show they can make something good out of what they got, but on most of these figures they seem to just be phoning it in. I wish they would just sit down for a little while longer and go "Let's get out the orginal figure and then see what we have to work with and then see how close we can come." instead of the catch all "Just throw _____'s arms on him....that's close enough." approach they seem to have been taking. Ah see but they sort of messed up on the HISS driver too. He still has Flash's shoulders which has that padding on it. They can't seem to use just one part. Instead they use the whole arm. Plus Tripwire suffers from this too. Wild Weasel was a good example though. Well that's true....they could have used someone else's arms for those to make them closer, but they are minor and the figure does at least look like this ARAH counterpart, which can't be said for some of the other figures they've made. I mean when you figure out it's Steeler by his HOLSTER....then you've really mucked the guy up considering he was one of the most Unique of the 82 guys.
  22. I doubt S is the Sky Hawk since it's being packed by it's self in an earlier wave. Most likely Canidate is the Snake Armor. And I could see the "Attack Cannon CL" being the Slugger.

  24. Only one that is even close to me buying it is Rock N' Roll and that's just cause they did away with those Duke Arm's. I'd still rather him have Bazooka's hands and in his O13 Colors, but they get points for at least trying....which doesn't look like they did on any of these other figures. Oh well...saves me money.
  25. Neither. I don't think they did a very good job on the body of that figure and I think they should just scrap it and do it all over. But if I had to pick...I'd pick the Battlepack one.
