I am also very excited about the MOTUC vs DCUC 2 Packs, so I will be getting those also. I am a completist when it comes to collecting DCUC though, so I always get everything, and if its something I really like, I get one to open and one to keep sealed. Getting 2 Gentleman Ghost was the hardest thing to do yet with DCUC.

I am sure they already have a character for each number. Also, yes, if it is numbered up to 26 already, there will be at least that many singles, maybe even more. Its not that they are being released with a gap, its that the 2 case assortments being found right now are the low numbers and higher numbers. The others might or might not have been released yet. Anyways, either way, alot of times figures are released like that with a gap. With the DCIH figures, they released different numbers all over the place, high and low.

Here are some pics of the Iron Man 2 figures I bought today. This is my favorite Marvel line right now, I can't wait to collect all of these figures. Here are the 8 that I have gotten so far: Here are some close ups: Also, one of my FAVORITE things about this line, is that they are NUMBERED! The Wolverine Origins figures were not numbered, so I was surprised to see these have the numbers on them. The only ones I have seen so far are 1-7 and 22-26. It looks like there are two different case assortments right now, and thats the lower numbers in one and the higher numbers in the other. Each case assortment contains multiples of each figure, except for 1 in each different case assortment. The Movie Series Iron Man Mark 1 comes ONE to each of the lower number case assortment, and the Comic Series Iron Man that looks sort of like the Mark 1 comes ONE to the higher number case assortments. These are numbers 1 and 22. I searched through the case assortments tonight at a couple of different Wal Marts, and that is what I found with these figures. War Machine and Crimson Dynamo come 2 to each of the higher number case assortments, but they both have been harder to find. Anyways, as said above, this is my favorite Marvel line at the moment. I am excited about the middle numbers being released. I also hope that the numbers go higher than 26. Only time will tell! Also, pictures do not do these justice, you should try to check them out in person next time at Wal Mart or Toys R Us. I have not seen any at Target yet.

You can get them for $30 each before shipping, but its a case of 4 that is $120 and it comes with Lex/Supergirl, Abin Sur/Hal Jordan, Cyborg Supes/Mongul, and the crappy part of the case, Batman/Clayface. So, I think its a good deal at retail price before shipping. The 2 Packs are now $30 each at Toys R Us, and these were not easy to find in the past. Anyways, just giving those who want those 2 Packs the heads up on them.

I have been doing some hunting lately for Wave 12 with some friends who still need it, and Wave 11 is NO WHERE to be found in GA. I have been to many Wal Marts, and I have not seen Wave 11 since about a month ago. It went fast and I think will be very hard to find now.

In the cases I found, there were 8 figures, NONE of them were the All Star figures. I opened each case myself before the stock person did, and each case had 2x Iron 1x Eclipso 1x Spectre 1x Dr. Mid-Nite 1x Desaad 2x Mary OR 2x Copperhead As said above, there were NO All Star figures in these cases. The cases of Wave 12 that came out at the first of this month with the All Star figures and new packaging had NO Desaad, Copperhead, and I only saw Mary in that case assortment twice out of seeing it about 15 times, and that is the case you are talking about. Now they are shipping out NEW cases to Wal Mart that include Desaad with 2x Copperhead or both Marys.

Great score, but I hope you did not pay anything TOO crazy for them. I would definately pay a little bit extra to get them early, but not ALOT extra. Either way, thanks for posting the pictures. Paid LCS price for each figure. Seller wasnt trying to retire on this sale like some upcoming ebay auctions. I guarentee that when these start to hit, some people will be selling them for a lot more than I paid. lol Wow, congrats on that price. You are 100% right, people will pay alot more than that when they start to hit. Again, great find.

Neither are any of the DCUC characters that aren't named "Batman, Robin, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Lex Luthor, Catwoman, or the Joker" but that doesn't stop Mattel from making them. Green Arrow and Captain Marvel aren't icons? Maybe not as known as Superman and Batman, but definately icons. DCUC would get boring if they did not throw in someone like Killer Moth or Vigilante every once in a while. I think the Killer Moth idea was great, but now it warms pegs, and that sucks, but still a great figure. We all could have done without certain figures, such as Captain Cold, but on the other hand, some people like Captain Cold. The point is, priority characters are your opinion. Even if 99% of people agree, there will always be someone who has a different opinion. That is just how the world works. I am happy with them releasing the main icons as All Stars and keep giving us characters like Cheetah and Zatana.

I was just at Target, and I asked if they had any DCIH figures in the back, and they brought out a box of JLU figures I had never seen. I got each of the 5 figures from the wave that were shown on the back of the cards, and none of them scanned prices. When I would price check them, it would say, "Item not found, ask associate for help". So, I went to the clearence ailse and found an old Kilowog JLU figure that they had marked down to $1.20 and it did not scan either. I took them up to the register, and showed them the Kilowog with the clearence sticker, and I actually got them for $1.20 each. I have never even heard of these before, and I heard the JLU line was coming to an end, but these may be new. Here are pictures: This is pretty cool news for the JLU collectors. I have yet to see these at ANY other Target, or even hear of a release date. I am guessing they were NOT supposed to sell them yet or something like that.

I have been on the night time hunt lately at Wal Marts, and I have come across 5 or 6 un-opened cases, so I opened them. This is true, it is his money, but being someone who has paid ALOT to get a DCUC wave early and then regreted it later when it was available to everyone for cheap, I know what its like to look back and think, "Wow, I really wasted money". Either way, with all the rumors going around of what happened to those figures, I am glad we know now. Anyways, I have to admit, this wave is so sweet in my opinion, I would definately pay a good bit extra to get them early like this. Again, nice score StJames.

I 100% agree. The long haired version is my favorite head sculpt. I like the black suit version also, but I wish it had a black or silver cape like Superman Prime, but oh well. Anyways, for some reason, in my mind, the long haired Wave 6 version is the way Superman is supposed to look.

I would definately have to go with the Wave 6 variant blue and red Superman with long hair. I am sick of seeing the short hair version eeeeeeverywhere I go. Toys R Us, its in the 2 Pack with the red eyes. Wal Mart, its on the pegs as All Star figures and in the 5 pack. It was cool at first, but got old fast. Even so, I do admit that I like the red eyed version alot, but the long hair, blue and red variant does it me.

I think Pooda may be mistaking the OVAL yellow and black Batman logo figure for the figure we are discussing. The only one I have ever seen at Wal Mart is the OVAL logo Batman All Star in the exact same package, but different logo.

Nightwing is not a peg warmer here at all. Every time I see Wave 12, Nightwing is gone.

Lets all face it, Marvel figures have not been the same since Toybiz stopped making Legends. If you think Hasbro made the best Marvel Legends figures, then you have not seen what Toybiz put out. I admit, Hasbro did impress occasionally with certain ML figures, like Thor from the Blob Series, but that was hardly ever. I collect DC and Marvel figures, and since I have collected Marvel Legends AND Marvel Universe, I can see both sides. First of all, Marvel Legends will always be better than Marvel Universe, and there is no arguement there. If you want to argue that, you will end up losing the arguement. Even though that IS the case, Marvel Universe is not as bad as some make it out to be. They are definately not worth $8.99 no matter how you look at it, but collectors WILL pay it. Some of the figures do indeed suck in certain ways, but on the other hand, some are nice. I can say the exact same about the Hasbro Marvel Legends also though. So, when it comes down to it, there are people who like MU more than ML, and vice versa. There are some people who like them the same, and some people who don't like either anymore. All in all, I think I speak for EVERYONE when I say I wish Marvel Legends would start over with Toybiz making them.

Still no sign of these in GA. It seems like GA always gets stuff dead last.

Wow, you saw Wave 12 at a Toys R Us? I have only seen them at Wal Marts. Anyways, the more I look at this Toys R Us Exclusive Batman, the more I want it. Stuff never hits GA until LAST it seems.

My friend had this exact same idea, and he did it and it turned out nicely. It worked out because the face already looks like it has a mask on it. Once you paint it up like his mask, it works. The only problem was the tie on The Question. I am sure you can use a different upper torso, but he never got THAT into it. I will have to get some pictures from him.

The Batman with the oval Batman symbol is the regular All Star figure. The Batman with the black bat symbol is the Toys R Us exclusive All Star. Entire cases of JUST that Batman are going to Toys R Us.

I messaged the person on Ebay asking them if they still had them, and they said someone offered them a high offer outside of Ebay, and they took the deal. I am guessing someone offered some crazy ammount, when we will be able to get them off of Matty for retail price lol. It might have even been someone here If it was you and your reading this, man up and say it was you. Just kind of funny after it got posted here, the auctions went down soon after...

The DCD picture of him may not be the exact final sculpt or paint. They have changed things before. I will search for pictures that are not the DCD main picture.
