  1. At the very least since this may cause issues at retail; make them available through Mattycollector.com. This way they can keep new stock flowing to retail locations; but collectors can still obtain figures they need without resorting to ePay. Heck, I'd gladly pay a slight premium if they were to do this.
  2. WTF kids? Why are folks giving the OP negative points? Stop being so envious ya jerks. +1 to get you back in the neutral.
  3. @loll@ Well the advantage to using Firestorm is it clears inventory for new waves.
  4. Oh hell, now someone's going to try using Desaad as a buttplug. Way to go Mattel. @grumpy@
  5. Nice package. </Innuendo> I'll be offloading a lot of these characters after I get my Darkseid parts.

    I'm done!!

Well to be fair, it's not a super expensive hobby compared to say - video gaming. The amount of money I see people go through to support that addiction is pretty scary. Toys R Us, useless? Unprecedented! </sarcasm> Toys R Us has been total crap for this line in the two years I've been following it. I've only ever managed to find Batman Beyond and Big Barda there and both times they were each the last figure hanging around. Then again I suspect TrU is making more money off of video games and other crap and toys are taking a back seat. It's not unusual to find a better selection of toys around here at Target or Wal-Mart.
  7. Haha - compartmentalizing as "Good, Bad, or Other" I'd throw him under other for sure. Definitely not a character that could sustain a monthly series.
  8. Wait, why's The Main Man on the villains shelf? He should have his own shelf!
  9. Nice collection. @notworthy@
  10. It's a bit like Wave 5 in that I could probably pass on most of it. Which is good considering the past few waves have cost me a bunch of money and I could use a break to get the swelling on my CC down.
  11. Martin Lawrence and Will Smith post here?
  12. Well they were conserving resources during World War II. . .
  13. No more exclusives for the love of Zod! @grumpy@
  14. Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck - it must be a duck. @hmmm@
  15. Well this entire line has been consistently inconsistent since it's inception. For months Demon Etrigan clogged shelves here while Wave 4 was shipping in other parts of the US. It would all be alleviated it Mattel would just be more forthcoming with information on their blogs. People spotting GG's have me wondering if Mattel is still shipping, or if stock from the backroom is just finally being rotated because we're in the Christmas shopping season? :\
  16. Oh hell man, you may as well avoid any item / hobby involving any sort of potential after market resale value. Speculators ruined a lot of comics for me in the 90's, when they bought every copy of a book I was reading before I could get to the shop. That didn't put me off buying comics. Same thing applies here, it's supply and demand. After you look at how much you spend in gas and time looking for these things, you're either going to spend the money or not. Hell, the reason I avoided collecting toys up until this point was precisely because of this problem. Variants, chase figures, and scalpers that camp at stores. :|
  17. It seems to stink; but he's just confirming GG's are still floating around out there. He should keep us posted if more GG's show up near him, that will confirm they're still shipping - not warming pegs. That said, I do hope more folks can find him.
  18. To be fair? You've got to think it through, he could be one of those weirdos that buys two of every toy - one to open and one to keep MOC. He wouldn't be the first I've run into that collects that way.
  19. I've got the GG to complete my Giganta finally. Assuming it doesn't get lost in transit. I'd buy it on general principle and post it here and Fwoosh. There's no shortage of collectors looking for these things. Assuming you're just going to resell it for cost plus shipping or trade. That's what I was doing for Wave 10 for a while, but now that seems to be hitting more WM stores. I noticed that. Assuming you're not a scalper, yeah some posters here are prone to cases of butthurt. Kind of a flaw in karma / points systems on message boards. :\
  20. Nice. It should be added to the TNI Forum user agreement that anybody that sees a DCUC Gentleman Ghost anywhere buys it for trade on these forums. Hopefully more people can find these.
  21. Yeah, I'm looking forward to more of this and hopefully the prices don't inflate because of increased articulation. Part of the reason I own so many infinite heroes is because of the price point. It just sucks that my old toys won't play nice with my new toys in terms of articulation.
  22. Take a look at the POA on Captain Atom in this guy's photo.
  23. Some of the newer figures in this scale in the Superman Batman Public Enemies line have ball joints connecting the legs to the hips from what I can see. The original run of Infinite Heroes did not have the articulation you seek. - Neck - Ball shoulder rotation - Elbow - Waist - Legs bend at hip - Knee Those are what I recall from the lot of them I have. Allegedly Mattel was stepping up the production on these to match the Marvel line, but I haven't seen it outside of the Target exclusives.
