"Who's the girl?"- Maz Kanata Maz asked the question many of us are now asking about Rey. The parentage, or at least, the bloodline of the junk scavenging pilot turned Jedi has become a quite the mystery and subject of great debate, which, why not have here? "She's Luke's daughter" I counter with "Luke Skywalker? I thought he was a myth." If Luke did conceive a child, why was he not training her as a Jedi? How would Kylo Ren not know he has a cousin? Or that there was ONE other survivor from the massacre he committed? Why hide her on Jakku when Han or Leia would have been safer choices? It also seems WAY too predictable for anything written by JJ Abrams. The man who made Lost and Alcatraz is NOT going to make it that easy. Rey being a Kenobi has merit. We know that Obi-Wan Kenobi did speak to Ray in her vision. Then again, so did Yoda. But Obi-Wan and Duchess Satine of Mandalore were rather close. Now it is entirely possible when they were together, something happened and there was a child, and the line continued. This brings up the abandoning her on Jakku. Long lost daughter of Han Solo and Leia Organa was another theory I had heard, but how would neither of them recognize their own daughte and why abandon her on Jakku? Wouldn't Kyle Ren or Leia feel the connection? And she seemed rather young when she abandoned, and there is a 9 year difference between Adam Driver, age 32, and Daisy Ridley, age 23. My own theory is this: Rey is the granddaughter or even the great granddaughter of Emperor Palpatine This has gotten rather mixed reactions from people I have told it to, some thinking it is crazy or stupid and others liking it. But here is my logic: 1) Emperor Palpatine ruled the Galactic Empire, a corrupt, evil, tyranical government, for 23 years (he ruled a grand total of 36 years, 13 as Supreme Chancellor, and 23 as Emperor). In those 23 years, it is not impossible to imagine he may have forcefully taken a slave. It could have been even before Endor, and when he died, the woman vanished, or even before, and managed to escape. Coruscant is city upon city upon city upon city upon city upon city and so forth to a point where some people have never seen the sun, very easy to get lost and possibly escape. Woman escapes, has child and that child has Rey. 2) The first true power Rey demonstrates with the Force is when she is being interrogated by Kylo Ren and not only blocks him, but even peers into his greatest fear: "You...you're afraid you'll never be as strong as Darth Vader." Emperor Palpatine was always believed to be capable of mind reading, as seen in many interactions with Anakin in Revenge of the Sith, talking to him about the Jedi not trusting him, knowing he wanted the secret to save people from death, and even that Padme was Anakin's wife (which no one except one priest on Naboo and two droids knew) and in Return of the Jedi when he tells Vader he senses his desire to continue looking for Luke. 3) It would make sense to abandon her on Jakku if she was related to Palpatine. It is a very remote planet, perhaps even more remote than Tatooine. The shattered remains of the Empire, and even the First Order would want the heir of the Emperor. 4) Her fighting style was stabbing and slashing. We saw how effective Palpatine was at stabbing and slashing. So any other theories people want to share?

Has anyone heard or seen if PopCo Entertainment or Global or whoever has the rights is releaseing any more 2" Mario figures? It seemsl ike the line sorta died down although we did get a Bowser within the last year, and I picked a Wario, Waluigi, Boo, Goomba and Donkey Kong that perfectly matched the previously released figures, so assuming that it was wave 4 or something. I am just curious if anyone knows anything.

I find myself becoming disappointed with the Phase 2 Armor Clones the line has been selling. However, I do like this set.

Some of these look interesting. Does anyone know if Hasbro is going to release a Clone Wars version of Fixer, Sev and Scorch as well as Boss?

Yeah, going to say Krell doesn't respect or like clones, and sees them as tools. But out right hate is a strong word.

Krell is not trying to get them killed. He IS getting them killed. It is clear that he doesn't really respect or even seem to like the clones. This was not hugely uncommon though if one looks at Qulin Vos, who didn't like them, but worked with them, and Rhom Kota, who had a volunteer army. It seems he sees them as weapons and not as people, based on how he treats them and speaks to them. This allows Krell to fight to the last man because he's just using up ammo. What kind of concerned me was that the only clone Krell addressed by name was Appo. If that name doesn't mean anything to you, it should as Appo was THE commander of the 501st around the time Revenge of the Sith took place and after. Rex may not make it off Umbara alive. I will be very interested to see if the clones try to start Order 66 early and kill Krell or if Rex and Fives will accept their punishment. Considering the next episode is called The Carnage of Krell, it should be interesting to see.

While I kind of liked it, I am not 100% how much I liked it. The Quarren Isolation League and is leader Tikkes were founding members of the CIS (Tikkes was killed by Vader on Mustafar). Exiled Quarrens built numerous ships for the CIS, most famously The Malevolence. Just seems weird Dooku would so BLATENTLY betray the Quarren like that. Doesn't seem his style as he strikes me as more subtle than that. I am wondering how exactly the majority of Quarren seemingly ally with the Mon Calimar and recognize Lee-Char as their king effects the League in the grand scheme of the galaxy? I mean the Quarren Isolation League could be that sort of extremist group sort of thing. I don't know. Kinda weird that they weren't added into the arc.

My top ten would be rather odd as it is all Clone Wars stuff. 1) Clone Trooper (Navy uniform) 2) Captain Tarkin 3) Sugi (Bounty Hunters in season 2) 4) R6-H5 (Kit Fisto's Droid) 5) Jocasta Nu 6) Nute Gunray 7) Poggle the Lesser 8) Wat Tambor 9) Senator Bail Organa 10) Chancellor Palpetine I wouldn't mind seeing Mother Talzin and Nightsister warriors pack or Ventress in her Nightsisters attire or Delta Squad, but prety sure those packs will come out. Or even a Dutchess Satine figure. And how about some damn Weequey pirates!

I had heard awhile ago that Transformers: Dark of the Moon was intended to be the last movie Bay intended to do. Pretty sure he planned it as a trilogy.

Well, I suppose that makes sense. I'm guessing Zillo Beast is gonna be Mace Windu, Anakin and Goji or someone. Was really only planning on getting Hunt for Grievous, Defend Kamino and maybe Assault Geonosis (unless I can find a winged drone on bike cheaper then the pack)

So far I have seen Hunt for Grievous (General Grievous, Captain Rex, Kix), Assault on Geonosis (Obi-Wan, ARF (either Waxer or Boil) Geonosian drone), and Cad Bane's Escape (Anakin, Ahsoka, Cad Bane) and Defense of Kamino (ARC Trooper, Echo, Fives). Anyone know anything on Storm the Separatist Cruiser, Capture the Droids or Stop the Zillo Beast battle packs?

That makes sense I suppose.

Seems an odd year for Clone Wars. Not sure why we're getting Kit Fisto and plo Koon in cold weather gear or why we getting two Savage Opress figures (one shirtless w/ axe, one in armor with a saber staff). Really only getting Jet, Savage (both figures, will only use armored but like the ax), Saesee Tinn, Seripis and all wave 3. Was really not too impressed with Capt Rex with jetpack. I just don't need another Rex, especially one that looks like he's wearing a Centurion assault weapon system (look it up). I only really use cold weather and regular. Also didn't really care for the Stealth Ops Clone, I already got Special Ops Clone and it's the same armor. Will be skipping the Kamino ARF. Not sure if I'll get Plo and Fisto in cold gear, maybe if Wolfe is sold in cold gear. Still kind of hoping for a Nute Gunray, Wat Tambor, Poggle the Lesser, Bail Organa, Chancellor Palpetine. Wouldn't mind an Admiral Trench or something.
