  1. Okay... a few things I wanna say, most of which has already been said, so I'll try to just leave the new bits. First of all, the big news. I don't know how reliable IMDB.com is but on this page, maybe 2 days ago, was a quote that read: "At one point the planet-sized robot Unicron was in the script, with James Earl Jones earmarked for the role. He is to appear in the film's sequel, with a larger role." *I know this is EXACTLY what the quote said because I copied it to a friend over MSN.* This is now no longer on that page, which makes me believe either; 1: this is completely true and someone got IMDB to remove it for spoiler issues, or 2: this is total b/s and they pulled it down to avoid feedback. *COUGH* or, i could be blind and I just cant find it again.... either way. So, this leaves me HUGEEEEEEE hopes for Galvatron and Unicron in the second movie. They have all but promised a sequel (Here) so I see this as VERY possible. Also, I have to say this was the only movie in a year (or two?) that I saw in theater and I was not disapointed on ANY level. This movie was as fun and entertaining as it was groundbreaking, and it just felt like something new, not just recycled garbage that we've got over the few years. Althought it was PACKED to the brim with cheesy dialog, I think they pulled it off in the perfect way, making it not only believeable but at points friggen hilarious. All the transformers were done well, but some of the best characters, especially Starscream and Megs, lacked the screentime they deserved. If the sequal comes along, I hope they focus on some of the other, fan-loved characters. As a whole, this movie was an epic, top of the line action movie, even with a crappy director like Micheal Bay at the helm. I can't wait for number two!!!!
  2. This is a figure I started a long time ago and last night I decided to sculpt the head. (I saw the upcoming venom's and was less then impressed with the heads. I had hoped they would provide me with a good one that would fit with this custom.) If you can guess which oldschool head I used...uh... I guess you know your figs? Yeah... Anyway, here we are: Custom Venom! He comes with: - 4 hands. (2 fists and 2 open-claws) - one removeable tongue (gunna make a more unique tongue for display) - and soon to have a Eddie Brock attaching head. (But who knows how long that will be. ) What do you think?

  4. Ehhhh... Just got back from seeing it and... to say the least I was disapointed. *possible spoilers* For a movie--with no relation to Doom: The Game what-so-ever--it was a decent flick. Unfortunatly for fans such as myself, this movie wasnt Doom. It never felt like Doom, and despite the familiar set designs and the "Bio-Force Gun," lacked much of Doom universe that needed to be there. This was however, the best Resident Evil movie to date! My main gripe is that they completely abandoned any links to Hell. Thats right... the movie DOOM had nothing at all to do with Hell... To me, that destroyed any chance this movie had. My only hope is that a "Hell-version Director's Cut" is somehow created, (perhaps they had planned for hell to be involved but removed that storyline, fearing bad feedback?) but I doubt thats happening. This movie had potential, it could have been a great addition to the Doom franchise, but I see it being quickly forgotten---Maybe a Doom II movie will include the Hell aspect? Who knows... Until then, ill stick with my Doom 3. =)
  5. Awesome job! I would love to see some more of the alternate costums for characters.
  6. *points to avatar.* Yep, thats me.
  7. You're Matrix figure are the ideal figures! I'm surprised super articulated Matrix figures were never made, but they should have been. By the way, Can I get some advice on how to make interchangable hands that wont break? I've been thinking about attempting to recreate the same idea as the SOTA SF figures, but I think it would be too difficult. Any suggestions?
  8. Okay, just to get this out of the way... The reason I made this custom is pretty simple; I'm completely tired of the Venom toys that've been released. They never seem right... So I attempted to make one of my own. I based it off McFarlane's Venom, because he was always very bulky. Here you go: He is fully articulated. I tried to get every detail that Venom needs. More Venom... This is how large he is. I personally think hes the perfect size. Look out Spiderman! Also, because I felt it was extremely necessary: He comes with interchangable hands. Now, this custom isn't FULLY completed, I still have to do a LOT of paint-work. I'll try to perfect the Spider symbol on his chest and back, and I'm pondering whether I should try to get some of the blue-tone that McFarlane's Venom always had. (Mostly just for muscle definition.) I just couldnt wait to show someone. I'm very proud of this custom because of the huge ammount of work I did on it. Can anyone guess who the base figure was? P.S. if any of the pictures stop working, you can veiw them here: http://www.villagephotos.com/pubbrowse.asp...lder_id=1224143
  9. I believe he's talking about a MOD for Halo 1 on the PC.
  10. Yeah. Funny thing is, Half-life 2 isnt out yet, and over a million have been pre-ordered. (Steam, Over the net, etc) How could you not have heard of Half life 2? have you been living under a rock for 2 years? It is the most awaited PC game of all time. Half-life 1 is considered the best game of all time. It is also the most modded game of all time, spawning such hit titles as Counter Strike, Day of Defeat, and Team Fortress Classic. Before the game even had a solid release day, there was over 100 mods set up to begin production the SECOND Halflife 2 is realeased. Halflife2 will blow Halo 2 sales away. I know it will.
  11. Sure, Halo 2 is good and all. but Halflife 2 will be better. Modding alone will make the game the best game of all time---period.
  12. Pre-ordered it over a year ago.
  13. I found this today, and I didnt even know it existed. Is this rare or anything?
  14. I have both and it seems to look like it'll work. I only spent 5$ on my Dragon at a Comic Con... Heh, hes a horrible figure. Regardless, the scale looks close... cant be sure unless I were to actually remove the heads though.
