  1. Does not matter what line, but when you were a kid, do you remember your first and last Transformer?

I started out with the G1 line.

My first 2 were Brawn and Gears. I was not impressed. I did not buy anymore until the 1985 line, I then got Powerglide and Warpath, was hooked every since.

My last Transformer was Powermaster Optimus Prime. If you want to get technical, I did pick up Micromaster base Greasepit at a discount store out of curiosity.

  2. If you want to talk irritating transformation, pick up the Autobot brothers from the original RID line from 2000 or 2001, those guys called into question my sanity. lol But i do understand where you are coming from. I have a few that I will never transform again just because it so frustrating.

To your question on G1 Megs. I have the reissue and he stands up perfectly, however I have only transformed him 3 or 4 times. I would imagine an original with plenty of play wear would have a hard time standing.

  3. 3 things I wanted to see in the American G1. I say American because I did not know about the Japanese version until I was grown.

    1. Powermaster Optimus Prime. He was the last transformer I bought and would like to have seen him as the resurrected Optimus at the end of season 3.

    2. Not a character, but I would have liked to have seen an Autobot car based on a DeLorean.

    3. To settle who is bigger, I would have liked to see Metroplex and Fortress Maximus in the same shot.
