  1. More time passes the more I find these elbow joints as real eyesore, I get that there's not much they can do besides revoltech joints or Hasbro's pinless system, but still maybe they can do something because it's literally only thing that makes Storm figures look off.
  2. Those 4 inch figures look great but it is 6 inch scale figures that really got my interest.
  3. They could at least include one bendable stretchy arm for Reed, especially when package art has that prominently displayed, I doubt that would cost themthat much. And even ugly head of Sue could be excused if they just gave her double jointed pinless body of the Shriek.
  4. Is it me or figure has almost metallic shiny finish on red parts? Either way it looks much better than previous figure that looked like toy plastic, hopefully this figure looks as good as it does in promo pics.
  5. Best news for sure, Dune was only movie in recent years that wasn’t messed by WB, with clean vision of telling story the way director intended. Dune was truly great cinema experience that captures all the best of Blade runner 2049, Enemy and Arrival and absorbs essence of Frank Herbert’s sensibility at least from my point of view. This is new franchise that can not just rival big budget action flicks but present something more thoughtful and as pretentious as it sound philosophical. Hopefully they won’t mess up second part.
  6. These new figures look way better than Turtles themselves, maybe it’s just prototypes but still.
  7. More I look at it the more I like this figure, sculpting is great, and even though I would go different route with the headsculpt, it's still the best looking sculpt that has real character, and all this for 19.99. When Hasbro is trying to sell us 6 inch figures for 26.
  8. Good to hear they are doing Ninja Spawn, in childhood I always liked that figure, there was something cool about it even though it didn't have my favorite Spawn/Venom/Spidey style eyes.
  9. Damn that Storm Shadow is one cool looking Ninja action figure, you don't need to even have any supplemental material media, this figure on its own looks hella awesome, really captures that classic toy store experience.
  10. I def didn’t expect someone would defend Joss Wheadon, let alone defend him by. fully acknowledging he was abusive and say it’s good wtf. Also it’s funny to say quit when Gadot was contractually obligated to star or more correctly continue doing movie that already started shooting with other director, and Snyder and was replaced by Whedon only to meet deadline.
  11. I really do like She-Spawn but 39.99 makes me hesitate
  12. I really miss diorama accessories like this, 40$ is easily great price for such set, must get for sure.
  13. This is not just good but also smart move, kinda reminds me thy way Mafex would put accessories of previously relased figures into new releases, hopefully its very soft vinyl cape.
  14. Not a fan of new52 look, mainly due to v neck but it seems to be very solid sculpt.
  15. I meant the core team, who have most importance for completion
  16. I would bet accessory pack might be incoming. Considering size and price of Goliath I understand why they didn't include it. although you could argue if they added another 10 dollars on price along with folded wings we could take it, but also reuse is needed for company, but there's few characters who can sell as Ultimate figures, Goliath and Demona being such ones, as for others they can be done in two pack form since they are much smaller than Goliath.
  17. That is interesting figure, capturing that second Batman looks is captured well and costume seems to be fitting well.
  18. This is cool take on Frank Miller’s and Klaus Johnson’s style, it kinda reminds me of Paul Pope’s artwork from Batman Year 100.
  19. I literally waited years to get Red Sonja and Vampirella in 6 inch super articulated form, and now finally I have to see that day even if price is much more than I would like to pay. Unlike ML and DC lines where eventually you get obscure character there was much lesser chance of us getting indie comics characters in complimentary ML/DCUC 6.5 scale and style. If you think of it they kinda spiritually revived Legendary comic book heroes line. First they did Lady Death, Heavy Metal Taarna is coming soon (even more obscure character) and now Vampi and Red Sonja, all this makes me incredibly excited to collect this rather expensive line but they are must for me. Judging from Lady death and improvements they mentioned this will satisfy me for sure but I do wish we had alternate head for Vampirella with fangs sticking out, kinda seems like missed opportunity.
  20. My guess it's minimum 40-60 without shipping, I can't see kickstarter figure of this scale being cheaper or close to ML price point.
  21. This figure easily goes to top 10 or even top 5 of this year, granted my figure wont have any typical plastic issues Neca figs are plagued with.
  22. Loose Collector just teased their Vampirella figure and I can't hide my excitement, despite long waiting time we gonna have before figure is actually out
  23. That looks amazing, double jointed elbows really make it, I wonder how many accessories it will end up with.
  24. I assume 80's trench coat Joker will have shorts and Hawaiian shirt variant.
  25. That looks surprisingly really good, excellent job.
