  1. Ahh, in the great tradition of the armoured Daredevil, Electro superman and 'Spectre' Hal Jordan...

Seriously though, I think it looks kinda cool.

Not to sure how the yellows gonna look on the final thing, but overall I don't mind a new costume. It's not like it's permanant, so meh.

  2. Wow, did they go back and change the movie costume? Did they actually put a shirt on him and make the helm look more like the dome? I really like this one alot better.

Nope, Sideshow changed it just for the maquette.

He'll look exactly the same as on the trailer for the actual movie.

  3. I pre ordered the Sideshow Luke Jedi as well.I like the detail on him.The figures is limited to 6500(that's the regular version).I will say this though,Sideshows Star Wars figures before the Luke Jedi have been very expensive.I think the ANH Luke they were selling was like 250 bucks. In my opinion I think that 49.99 was a fair price for that Luke Jedi.I am wondering how much Akakin is going to be.He doesn't looking to bad either.Sideshow is giving big H a run for thier money.

The last Luke was so expensive because he was 18", not 12" like these.

  4. I think it looks decent. I mean hey it looks more realistc. i pprefer the movies being a little more realistic. I wouldnt be able to take them seriously if they were running around in spandex. Besides, come on people it's a Vinnie Jones action figure. Custom Bullet Tooth Tony anyone?

It really doesn't look more realistic though.

The comic one is probably more realistic than that because he's completely covered by the suit to protect him 100%.

  5. What this hulk?? i think i'd would of liked that one more,.. abit more character in it and not just a standard standing straight up (like the thing).

maybe it was too wide so it wouldnt of fit with the other figurines properly, it is leaning more to one side

I thought that was the one we were getting until they showed the picture of the actual one.

It's a pity, because that proto looks awesome.

  6. I don't get it either, at least I can look at my MOC toys through the plastic, that comic can't be read unless you open it!

he's not buying that book to read, but to keep in his collection. You can buy that book for cover price, read it and toss it. To keep cgc is to keep an item you consider a high collectible in a sealed case for years to come.

    Exactly.

CGC'ed comics are excellent for displaying also.
