  1. Well, these are finally starting to show up at stores other than TRU. Found the first wave (incl. Titanium Man) at Target. $14.99 each. Better than TRU's $17.99 price point for sure. I did pick up T-Man. If I can find Dynamo at that price I'll get him as well.
  2. Ditto. They also got some of the JLU sized Young Justice figs as well as a batch of the SuperFriends DCUC. All in a big box that said WM DC Did You Miss Comic-Con or something like that. Oddly enough they also got in some of the Wave 15 DCUC, just no variant Manhunter or Classic Starman.
  3. Yep, I got screwed to. Bloody site wouldn't even let me past the Cart page for the first hour plus so I lost Skyscreamer there. Shortly after lost out on CS Zarana. It finally let me log in & get to the payment screen but then that kept crashing & if I tried to just reload it would say I'd encoutered an error & I had to go back to the Cart page. Finally had to stop for awhile as I woke up this morning with a sore neck & couldn't sit up any longer. I checked back after awhile & apparently just lost out on regular Zarana. I laid back down for awhile (as it was still not letting me process through) & wound up falling asleep for about an hour. And lost out on the Indy set in that time. So I didn't get a damn thing except a really sore neck.
  4. Final Frontier Toys actually had one (seems to have sold) for a while. I think it was MISB & may have even been AFA graded. The price on it was $4,995.
  5. If anyone can find a couple extra Grapples & Lugnuts at Ross (2 each is all for me & a buddy) I'm more than willing to pay cost & shipping for them. I'm in Illinois, so there's not a Ross anywhere near here.
  6. Warstar of the Shi'ar Royal Guard. C'Cil is the big guy. B'Nee is his little buddy.
  7. It's only a 4-pack because it's got pretty big accessory in that platform behind Vader. But yeah, I want both of those sets.
  8. Really getting tired of storms. Got had no cable & 'net for a couple of days. Just got 'em back today & there's more storms rolling through again.

  9. I don't think I've seen that one which series is it from It's the fourth ever Doctor Who story from 1964. And highly doubtful they've seen it, seeing as it's been lost for decades.
  10. Plus he'd be what, 7 years old at the most? Don't forget this is 22-ish years before ANH dude.
  11. I'm still up for 2 sets of these things for me & my buddy. Seeing as there's no Ross stores in Illinois whatsoever i'm kinda hosed.
  12. CoolToyReview is probably where you saw the Shocker gallery. That's where I saw it. As for wave 2, yeah. Wasn't that supposed to have been on shelves for a few months now? And I'm sorry but the crotch/hip area on the figures is beyond hideous. It looks like everyone (females included) have giant balls stuffed in the front of their legs. *Ick* As for the Anime line, yeah great. Of course they only had art from the shows (One Piece, Naruto, Dr. Slump, Bleach & Death Note) on display, not even concept art of the figures. Oddly enough they don't actually have Naruto planned for wave one. Or Luffy from One Piece. The 2 most recognizeable characters from those shows and in the case of Naruto the namesake. And for Death Note they've got L, the detective, who while a main character, isn't exactly that "interesting" looking. He looks more like a slacker than a detective. Why not Ryuk, the big, freaky looking death god?
  13. Yeah, ML had the proposed Army Builder pack-ins, of which we did get a Hydra goon, but I still want the others. And there were prototypes for the X-Babies & 'Lil 'Vengers which would have been awesome, IMO.
  14. Found the end cap trays today. Bunches of SS & SE, 1 Duke & 1 Shock Trooper. Already got SE, picked up the ST since I open 'em anyways (card was bent & damaged pretty bad). And I actually have all of his gear attached in some way or another. Looks very intimidating. Gotta get at least 1 more.
  15. At the Fairview Heights, IL WM I got the PoC Cobra Commander for $5 & the Ice Cutter for $11. Tonight at my local WM I got the RoC Sky Sweeper for $8 (they found a couple of cases somewhere in the back & put them out right before X-Mas at full price). They also had 3 of the Mantis subs. I may still get one of those if they sit around long enough.
  16. Unfortunately the closest Ross to me is in Tennessee. I & a friend both really want a set of these, but that's just too far to go.
  17. I finally bit at that price. Snagged 3 of 'em for me, a friend & his cousin. No tax & free shipping pretty much makes this one of those absolutely can't beat it deals.
  18. I'd think wave 2 would need to be released first as well.
  19. Then you're going to be terribly disappointed for the duration of the show since it's aimed at kids (technically). I can pretty much guarantee there won't be a drop of blood seen. At least not from any clones or main characters. Critters, off chance.
  20. Actually the TRU exclusive packaging is almost identical to the vintage style, just with the modern stuff used instead. And yeah, I've been seeing them for a couple of weeks now. Very nice.
  21. Hastings has a couple of used copies in stock... http://www.gohastings.com/product/MOVIE/The-Transformers-The-Movie/sku/223201458.uts
  22. He also has retooled forearms and the retractable blades (he uses in the fight with Obi on Kamino) are attached and most likely irremovable. Ah, I knew I was forgetting something else about him being new.
  23. Jango (on the Vinty type card) is going to be the Evolutions mold with a new(-ish) backpack & poncho.
  24. Did you read anything I or Wheeljack posted? Kid, please pay attention to what is being said. Line lasts for at least 2 years, wave 4 is the last movie specific wave, after that it's mixed waves.
  25. Up through wave 3 is for this year. Wave 4 is end of this year, beginning of next year. The others are for next year, but they aren't going to be by movie anymore, it'll go back to mixed waves.
