  1. Sucks that it's the Zero line which are just statues though.
  2. Feh! I scoff at the supposed "difficulty" of putting the stickers on this guy. I don't have him yet (soon though, he's on the way from HTS), but I just finished putting together a Master Grade Heavyarms Gundam model kit last night. Including the stickers. And rub-on decals. Trust me, that was infinitely harder than this will be. Especially since many of the stickers are about the size of a screw head on the Gundam. I couldn't even use tweezers for 90% of them. I had to use a nail file to peel them off the sheet & tap them into place on the kit. So for all those thinking Metroplex is hard, you have no idea what hard really is. @razz@
  3. Yup. Even used my codename from my Steel Brigade figure (which I still have the info sheet for that as well).
  4. Yeah, I've got 2 TVs set up in my living room with my Wii & DVD player hooked to one & cable, blu-ray & recorder hooked to the other & I watched both versions at the same time. There's extended fight footage in places, alternate angles on some of the fights, extra scenes (like the scene you mentioned) & most surprisingly a few scenes that are completely switched around & extended. The Jinx/SE scene is more towards the middle of the theatrical cut when they're going to get SS. On the EE version it's at the beginning & a more coherent & fleshed out scene. Quite a difference between the 2 versions.
  5. I found one in Cape Girardeau, MO over the weekend. Plus 2 Acid Storms.
  6. Not necessarily all the leftover stock. However, there's a complication overall now. Harmony Gold (the twits who hold the Robotech rights) are trying to sue Hasbro saying the Skyfire in this is infringing on their property & causing "confusion" and "loss of income" (or some such crap). Because it looks like a Valkyrie. Or at least the stickers do. Good grief.
  7. Doesn't look like either MP is on the manifest for my TRU this week.
  8. Awesome man! I'd also make the trip to meet the Sarge. Heck, we even share the same birthday.
  9. It does make sense in light of the spoilers about the end of the series & the follow up 90-minute film though.
  10. 1 or 2 per person. Can't remember for sure. Of course, I've never even been able to get an order placed either.
  11. Looks like it, which considering the Con exclusive markup, extra weapon, "chrome" touches & a dozen modern style Decoys is a pretty damn good deal. He's $125 regular retail price.
  12. Just push down on the chin. The faces don't go from left to right they go up to down for rotation.
  13. Not only have I bought it, I've got a vintage one on the way as well.
  14. However it's in their system with a DPCI oddly enough.
  15. Yeah, they're repaints with new heads & weapons of the FoC Combaticons. Fifth one is Impactor. And they were announced back at NY Toy Fair. The weapons can attach in various places on Ruination 7 are desgined to be themed to some of the original G1 versions (Twin Twist has a double drill weapon for example).
  16. Don't hold your breath for Hasbro to do it. If we can't get a Death Star we sure won't get an Ewok Village from them. The new LEGO set coming out this year however is a tremendous homage to the original Kenner set.
  17. Okay, yeah. That production version is way inferior & not just in the fact it doesn't have any sort of panel line wash. There are so many details that have been cheaped out on it isn't funny.
  18. Yes, it's the CW one re-painted & possibly slightly retooled to be the ESB version. And there won't be a TRU markup as it's Amazon exclusive for this & the TIE Interceptor.
  19. Well there is a pretty major paint app missing on the legs. If that's what the final production version looks like, then yeah. Hasbro screwed up pretty damn big.
  20. Imported, fewer made than a regular mass produced figure here in the States, fairly massive as they get bigger (and Biollante should be the biggest one yet) & an ungodly amount of articulation (seriously, the Ghidorah figure has 71 points of articulation). Biollante just might top that with the tendrils.
  21. And the "Countess" as well as Storm Shadow & Destro/Firefly expies.
  22. Repaints/retools of the Combaticons as the Wreckers to form Ruination. They announced it at least at TF this year, maybe late last year.
  23. Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future.
  24. Damn, that is nice. Even managed to incorporate most of the gimmicks from the vintage Kenner Ewok village. All that's missing is the boulder & elevator. Although the rope ladder & log crush gimmick are good replacements.
  25. Dwalin/Balin pack? That & Throin are the same ones I left at the KMart I found the warg at.
