Good stuff man. Do you have your own website or youtube or deviantart gallery or anything like that? Thanks for sharing and posting the tutorials, btw.

http://awesometoyblog.com/san-diego-comic-con-2010-exclusives Don't thank me, thank whoever posted it at the Spawn boards first. I don't know anything about the accuracy of the info. There has also been a rumored Hasbro Marvelman/Miracleman of some sort for a while, and I guess there will be an exclusive Star Wars figure or two because there are always exclusive Star Wars figures. The main things I'm after are the Twilight Zone Myster Seer Bobble Head and Plas w/ a suitcase.

The officer shouldn't have punched ANYONE. I don't care how unruly a b!tch she might have been. It might be true that he'd have caught as much flak for macing her, but at least then he would have been following his training and doing the closest he could to the "right" thing in this situation. They give officers those tools so that they DON'T have to resort to punching civilians. I don't go for this crap about it's tough being a cop so it's ok to deck people. If you can't handle the job, then don't get into it. However, we live in tense times. And there are people who will go out and try to create some artificial drama and make a patsy out of some random cop. These guys are only human. It's not cool to fnck with them just to see what they'll do. I've been harrassed by cops when I was younger, but I've also known cops who were awesome examples of humanity, guys and women that were everything honorable about the job. There are good and bad cops just like there are good and bad everything else. Watching the video, it's fortunate that he didn't shoot her instead of punch her, or that no one in the crowd rushed or shot the cop. My philosophy is, look, you may not like black people, fat people, women, gays, cops, hare krishnas, whoever. We're all on the same planet so just make a basic effort to be civil to each other and get the fnck over the rest of it.

Hell yeah. I hope he gets all the support he can. No matter what their opinion of him, that man served his country and those idiots choose to go disrespectfully harrass his family in their time of mourning. In the name of "God", no less. They're fakes, I refuse to believe they're not aware of the fact that their nonsense would actually turn more people away from Christ than anything. They're just attention seeking opportunists. Yeah, they worship a god, but I'll bet its this one $. I've never heard of a more appropriate instance to shout "free speech for the dumb" than when referring to the WBC.

He Man 2002, Batman the Animated Series 6"!
HarryWildman replied to Jin Saotome's topic in Custom Figures
Jin... from execution, to choice of parts used, to paint job, this He-man is just bad friggin' ass. Batman looks great, too. It is always tough to recreate the shading from a flat comics page or animation cel on a three dimensional figure, but I can't imagine it being attempted much better than you have done here. I'm just really impressed with how much you made the Public Enemies head look like the early animated figure with a simple but effective repaint. Great work man. -
Actually, since he used a "Mini Mutants" head, I at first thought it was a smaller figure. Yeah, I should have probably said something like "if I didn't know better, I'd think it was a much larger figure", which is to say it has great detail and articulation for a smaller scale. I'm not too familiar with the Mini Mutant Turtles. I've heard about them, I think they're found at dollar stores but I've never seen them. Everything looks in scale tho and its a great figure.

He looks great. Until I saw the comparison pics I thought it was a much larger figure. Awesome work.

I saw some of a History Channel documentary on this film that was on for two hours! lol I think that might be longer than the actual movie.

Very nice clean work all around. I'm surprised Mattel hasn't done this one yet. Kudos for trying a soft goods cape.

Happy Meal Toys Banned in Santa Clara County
HarryWildman replied to I AM SCI-FI's topic in Action Figures
I'm all good with that. And I don't much care for this ban (I was joking above). That said, the children of these parents don't really have a choice but to eat what their parents feed them. And that's the problem. We don't let parents abuse children; we don't let children smoke; Given that, and given how unhealthy fast food is, you could make the case that giving kids fast food more than once a week (hell, imho, more than once a year) is a form of abuse. The parents can choose to eat whatever the hell they want. The kids can't. Oh come on when I was a kid that was a treat we went almost every friday night after my father got paid. I don't see it as abuse people got to get over themselves If you don't like Don't eat it Isn't that the point? The kids LOVE it...even tho it's bad for them...and they don't understand that it's bad for them at a young age. Again, I'm not talking about adults making the choice for themselves. I'm talking about adults making a choice (a bad one) for their kids. and really, it's probably not so bad for a kid (w/ them being so much more active than your avg adult) to have it once a week. But every other day? Every day? For the most part, I do agree that this is just typical people trying to tend to other people's business nonsense. I suppose how "bad it is" for younger people to consume some of these foods, regardless of their activity levels, depends on who one chooses to believe... some advocates claim that those high in calories, saturated fats and salt but low in nutritional value food products begin the artery clogging process at a very young age, and the damage is just sitting there, waiting to strike twenty or thirty or so years later. I think the thing is that fast food and the like has become so ubiquitous that it seems overwhelming or impossible to most to avoid. ps. In case it's not completely apparent, I agree with your comments on this 100%. But, even if it could be argued philosophically that allowing one's children to eat these unhealthy foods is a form of child abuse, there are many young people who probably wouldn't get any nutrition AT ALL if there wasn't a burger joint on every corner. Individuals aren't the problem. The corporations are. Getting them to use less salt in these foods and reduce portion sizes would be a step in the right direction. I mean, really, who the hell needs all that damn soda in a giant size cup that comes with a big deal meal or whatever they call them at each place. -
Oh man, is that ever a cool idea! If they made one that looked that nice I'd definitely buy one! The only things I might suggest is that the skin and hair colors might not be accurate, and perhaps the pants should have been frayed below the knee. I realize though that the camera may have affected the way the colors look. But nice work!

My Exes Daughter was on Jerry Springer
HarryWildman replied to Wheeljack35's topic in Action Figures
I like how the guy in the audience at 0:53 is stroking his chin as if he were listening to a college professor speak. Are you being serious about this Wheeljack? -
If you died, how would we adc/tni folks know?
HarryWildman replied to revsears's topic in Action Figures
Yeah... but who'd want all that? Then the place would be boring without you Facebook?!? If I die/win the lotto/am arrested/find the easter egg with the money in it/win the lotto, then am later arrested and/or die, anyone I friended on there might become aware of it through fb, I dunno.
